what’s great about most shipping containers is that if you have the means to transport them, many coastal companies will give them to you for free (many times it’s too expensive to ship back to China so they get stuck with them). at most they will run you about $1200 for a basic one. these rubes are paying 1000 a month to live in something that may have cost $7000 - $8000 after renovations.

I’ve been turned down for jobs before and it pissed me off but these were little low level jobs that were paying 12 bucks an hour ( At 19 I thought that was a big deal lol,) so I can’t imagine how it must feel to be turned down for that kind of money.
