I make sure to never touch hand-rails if I can avoid it, which I can 98% of the time. I can’t think of any legitimate reason to ever use one unless you have trouble standing or walking or for some reason otherwise fear falling.

Is there something new im missing? There are only 2 deaths in the flint water situation. That lady, who they have a suspect they are charging, and a foreman at the water plant. Everyone related to this incident is still fucked though. Its undeniable that this was allowed to happen, and on top of allowing it to happen, they did nothing to help the people they butt fucked.
