The only game there I see having a actual chance at geting people to play is DOA5. SFXT is forever ruined due to its rep being destroyed by Capcom’s DLC practices and how broken it was on launch. It’s a retro gaming store. The good thing is that they did the opposite of me when it comes to that. I was trying to figure out how to go about getting enough set ups to do it by myself, they just do it and have people bring set ups. The problem though, is that the one set up they do have involves a wack ass small TV that they feel is fine.
The contract the store made them sign is some shit though. They have to pay the store 50 dollars for a small ass venue and can’t even run the tournaments properly. I may just take a paper and run the bracket myself for SF5 since, if we wait for them to call the matches, it takes around 10 minutes between them. Lotta people for MK in the city. Think they made some scratch on venue fees. Don’t know how they’ll manage any profits they make. Overall they just sort of make weird decisions. Next tournament is an anime tournament that has XRD, Blazblue and…Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
