I paid 17k for my Lancer, and God its a beautiful car. However for the price I could have gotten a lot more car. Nav system, better stereo, more hp, and shit at least heated seats.

I miss those days. You had to pay 50 cents to get your ass whupped, and if you were lucky the guy who whupped your ass would tell you some tips. Or I would pick Blackheart, zone like a mother fucker, and make 30 year olds pull knives on me.
Also, is it wrong that I am now leaning towards picking up SFxTekken? Damn you for including Bison. I think I am getting it more, as my buddies and I are pooling our collective gaming resources (ie-we own every console ever made, and have a fuckton of PS3’s and 360s, controllers, and tv’s, games, and other goodies), and starting a gaming business. Well, not so much me, as the rest of my friends. I’m just lending what survived the fire (fortunately my old school consoles stay with my folks, so I can still enjoy my colecovision).

It is wrong. While Jin/Kazuya/Akuma are looking good(Akuma can do jab>jab>MISOGI), I am still not really hyped for SFxT. I wouldn’t mind playing it though. I do like combos in my games. And the music is still trash.

It’s impossible to keep up with the gaming industry that much these days… unless you have a 6-figure (or close) salary and lots of free time…and no kids/wife, I suppose. It wasn’t that long ago that I got Soul Calibur 5, just bought the DLC(*which I’ve yet to play) for Dead Nation shortly before that, then The Simpsons Arcade Game hits Live Arcade, Kingdoms of Amalur just days after SC5, PSVita coming out in a matter of days, there was the DLC for Warhammer Space Marine that I’m now about 2 months late on, AND Twisted Metal is out already…and this is just what comes to mind in a few seconds. It’s almost annoying how things are too good right now. You have to actually take some vacation time just to even get close to playing all this stuff. And with no more opportunities for overtime in the past year or so (*and none on the horizon, either…I doubt there will be overtime offered again at all, unless something crazy happens in this state that causes unemployment to go up to something ridiculous like 38%), that hurts the wallet too.
Just had a meeting with my boss. He asked me if I was happy with my job, and why I seem so down lately. I flat out yelled at him for like 45 mins straight about the state of our shit company. I brought up the fact I was denied bereavement pay when my Grandmother died for no real reason (which has left me kind of financially fucked for a little over a month now), and then a SLEW of other issues I have had with the company. Yeah, he looked like he was going to cry when I told him flat out I wish I had any other employee in the company as my boss. Best part is, he can’t do shit because he asked my opinion. He can’t dump more work on me, he can’t get me fired for me voicing my opinion, and he’s being replaced with another dude who was on paternity leave. Peace out, you fucking giant man baby.
Man i like Mass Effect, but that series is fucking ugly. All the designs fell really sterile and boring, and it animates like fucking dick. The characters all look like creepy Mannequins brought to life. They’re unnerving.
Good thing the games are fun.
