A friend of mine got arrested and because the clereck at the courthouse forgot to tell him he needed another signiture in a document. He got arrested stayed in city holding cells, went to court, but court lost his paper and was shipped to county untill they found them.
In processing, some homeless dude fell because of exhaustion, and the Sherrod started beating him badly, for sitting down with out permission. Some dude tries helping him up, and the sherrif slams his baton on the dudes wrist fracturing saying,
