Was out letting the dog take a leak on freshly-mowed grass, and kept hearing this loud tapping sound. Turned around to see some insect flying itself right into the side of a neighbor’s house. Couldn’t tell what insect it was from that distance, but I could see that it couldn’t see where it was going. Eventually it knocked its face into that house one too many times, and on the last hit it simply dropped to the ground. I even waited a few minutes to see if it would come out of the grass, and it didn’t, sooooooooooooo…
Though that’s not as fun as when a bird killed itself by flying into my living room window that one time.

Sounds like my kinda diet. 
I’m 5’11’’ and hovering around 180-185. I’ve been hitting the gym a lot and trying to eat better too, but booze is my downfall. I’ll fully admit I love hitting the sauce and I’m not willing to quit that, but living where I do makes it difficult because going out for drinks is pretty much what people do here. Or staying in for drinks.
Even when i lose weight my shoulders, chest, and back stay wide.
So fuck it, i like being a big guy. Not a fat guy.
Remember mcwarrior talking about how he was this super strong dude. Talking about a power lifter vs body builder build. Ended up looking like white marn.

-watching what I eat, doing push-ups (which I’ve had to ease up on since hurting 2 abs), and cut WAY back on my drinking (7 nights down to 3, and less each time I drink). I’m 5’10". Got another 10 lbs or so I’m looking to drop by May. I got up to 190 because worst winter.
(I know, pF, but it’s in the plaza I work at and I only do cardio.)
