Why are you talking about jumping in? I post a video of the slowest character in the game dashing inbetween perfectly timed gunshots and you want to talk about how there’s no option? Your main character has a fucking teleport. Nigga your stubbornness is legendary
Not that kind of jumping in, fool lol. I meant jump in to the game.
How many times have I tried using that teleport only to have you block instead and get punished? Not like I can do it on reaction… I have to guess. If I’m right, I deal 15-20% damage. If I’m wrong, I take 30+%.
I mean…surely it would be just absurd to suggest this might have a different outcome if it were a man accused of the same thing…yeah that would be silly to suggest such a thing.
Most games by their very nature require informed guessing. Step 1. know the state of the game at the moment, Step 2. Know what state is the most favorable state for the game to be in in order to achieve victory, Step 3. Bring the game into that state.
Read step 1 again. You have to be able to identify what state the game is in. The enemy should be trying to fool you into believing a false state.
This is why I love strategy games like Starcraft (which I suck at) and League/Dota (which I suck at less). You have a ton of stupid ways to mask your behavior from the enemy and send them false information to fool them into misstepping.
Fighting games are no different. They just rely much more heavily on patterns. Don’t look at the individual moves, look at the patterns those moves form and learn to exploit them.
What I try to do in fighting games is to be as unpredictable as possible ergo random which can stress the other player out in making mistakes which is when I catch them off guard in the balls. I’m not really random though since I do have a plan, but it is rather simple since I am just aiming at beating you down in any way, therefore my pattern is destruction.
