ASMR is something that only works if you actually give it a real chance and try to get into it mentally (and have quality set of headphones). Just relaxing in bed playing an ASMR head scratching video ony my Ipad (yes an apple product)…it really does give me physical tingles as if someone is really there scratching my head and puts me into the deepest and most satisfying sleep ASAP, I just discovered it a few months ago now I’m addicted it’s one of life’s greatest pleasures, then again I generally only need 2 hours of sleep a night anyways lol.

I can understand perhaps older people or people with night shift schedules, but these guidelines are pretty helpful regardless

I’m not sure if I ever sleep enough since even though I don’t sleep for about 19 hours out of a day, I feel mostly rested. Another strange thing about me is that I also don’t eat very much. One 1500 calorie meal will usually last me for 24 hours.
