His sister goes on to add to the conversation:

I only tip waiter/waitress because some of them actually(LEGALLY) get less than minimum wage because tips count as part of their salary. and its a shitty job too. always gotta smile and pretend to care about people’s food or whatever.
no I don’t feel the need to tip a fucking taxi driver that is already getting his normal pay. same goes for food delivery. you are taking the food and bringing it to me. thats the life you chose. only time I tip food delivery is when the weather is real shitty and the guy is on a bike or something. he had to do some more work so he gets a dollar.
Food delivery gets paid mostly in tips, man. They also handle yo food in private.
$1 at the counter, $5 for the delivery guy, and 20% for a server. That’s what we do.
