My preference is actually for Kill 'Em All. It is primarily because of the raw energy and more to-the-point song structures. I do like that Metallica consciously evolved to stay fresh, but they do lose a little more of those qualities with each album.
I concur. Season 5 might’ve been below regular Wire standards but was still waaaay above everything else at the time. Shame that due to network problems the show’s normal vibe was nerfed.
Didn’t know Super Monday Night Combat was FtP, this will be a fun evening.

The great thing about technology is that I get to see news reports on dumbasses like this.
The bad thing about technology is that they may survive because of it.
Kill’em All is my favourite album too.
You can hear the rage in Hetfield’s voice for Hit the Lights.
Love that song.
Only if you’re a wuss into screamo metal.
My scrotum is responsible for the extinction of over 67 varieties of tigers on 4 different continents. The once fabled Antarctic Tigers now only exist as throw rugs in my mating pit.
Kill 'Em All is my favorite album though my favorite song is Creeping Death.
I will say none of us shitheads were writing Kill em All when we were like 18, go them
Four Horsemen/Mechanix is dat shit, so is bass solo take one
Hrrrm… Motorbreath probably my favorite song on the album tho
I was being facetious. I haven’t been mistaken for a girl in 14 years .
My hair isn’t long, just shaggy.

This song always makes me laugh because it reminds me of the old NBA theme music from NBC.
Does that guy even post anymore? I think he Logic Quit this website.
maybe i’m too manly to need “determined to win” training montage music.
i win all my fights the first time.

and …AJFA is the best Metallica album
Somebody mad because their life isn’t epic enough to warrant Opera singers exploding dragons with lazers and shit.
Stay winning the first time in your pillow biting competitions.
Faggot.

THE DRAAAAAAGONS SHALLLL ARIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISE!
LIGHTENING BOLT! LIGHTENING BOLT! LIGHTENING BOLT! LIGHTENING BOLT!
SLEEP!
Pretty sure old Corky can bench more than your frail ass. Talking about LARPing when you angry because you can’t poly-morph into stockings irl.
I like Kill 'Em All the most too. I also very much enjoy Master of Puppets, probably just as much.

This is the best Blind Guardian song simply because of how hype the japaneses get when singing alone.
Season 5 of the Wire was rushed and was stuffed full of David Simon’s little person vendettas against Baltimore Sun dudes. Still was really really good.
MY NAME IN THE STREET?!
Turns out David Simon is kind of a prick after that NY Times thing. Oh well, he mad himself the best show on TV, although Mad Men is really starting to get in his ass lately after this Season Five Hurricane of Quality.
Anyone else watching Girls? It is like the Drive of shows. Not as good as everyone says, not as bad as all the people complaining about it.
It really is a bunch of rich semi whiny white people, but it has its funny moments. Her telling the rape joke at the job interview was pretty lolz because of how casual she was about it.
Nigga, you listen to a band that dress like pirates while they play. Son your bands be cosplaying and shit.
Not a good look.
Now I wanna watch. The only thing I know about Rugby is that I let this chick body me once because I didn’t think it was “All that tough.” On the good side, I didn’t get up bleeding. On the bad, that poor building I got knocked into probably still has more of my DNA in it than I do.
-Starhammer-
i honestly cannot choose between MoP and Ride the Lightning. MoP was my first metallica album and i listened to it constantly. Disposable Heroes and the titular song are both some of the best stuff they’ve ever put out.
but ride the lightning and creeping death are also incredible.
i think in the end, Orion pushes MoP into the number one spot. great song.
That, and the fact that rugby players look at American football players and go “look at all those fat sissies and their massive amounts of body armor! Are they afraid of a little scratch or something?”
Seriously, thems players is nuts. They’re also built out of fucking steel.
I’m all for saying Rugby is manly and fun to watch, but they wear helmets for a reason.
Giant black people who are way too big and way too fast colliding hundreds of times a game without any helmets would basically be mutant league football.
I mean in the 1900’s tiny white dudes were dying and they had to change the rules of the game. Tiny little 5’7 white dudes who went to yale. Can you imagine what would happen if like DeMarcus Ware or Patrick Willis just ran right into Rob Gronkowski or Megatron with no pads over and over? I’m sure if we took the best offensive linemen and had them in a scrum they would never lose by whatever many points you get for winning a scrum.
