So basically, 6 months of people calling in with heavily infected computers, and I have to somehow direct them to our website (ignoring the popups, redirects, browser hijackings, and rogue AV’s), to go download this beta piece of shit software that usually still doesn’t work, only to find out they can’t remember their password so I gotta do it the EASY fucking way, which we should have been doing all along.
