Seeing Tekken fans pissed about the graphics reminds me of my youth when I was pissed that VF games on console were far behind the arcade version. Reading some of these posts now, take me back to those days. Sorta.
The Tekken console ports were never as good as the arcade counterparts, but it wasn’t night and day as VF2 (Arcade vs Saturn), VF3 ( Arcade vs DC), VF4 (Arcade vs PS2) ports.

Tekken and Tekken 2 on PSX were virtually identical to the arcade versions, given the similarity of the arcade and console hardware.
