I was told by phone customer service that I had to go in to a Verizon store to get it activated.

Yes I would prefer to save a TON of time watching a quick video right this second to get a visual of what I’m purchasing than listen to a sales guy try and give me all the pros and none of the cons and try to talk me into buying it. I don’t have to travel, I don’t have to discuss, I get a quick and easy rundown. I don’t care about EITHER persons opinion on the device, I just want to see what I would be getting and possibly a basic demo. If I feel the need to further demo then maybe I’d go to the store. Video on the internet is far more convenient than driving to a location that may not be anywhere near me or may not be even open at the time. How you don’t understand this convenience is just flat out hard headed.

Yea…shit like that does happen…but personally id never go to those spots to ask questions. Just to get a hands on demo of what im potentially buying. Mainly bc theres so many different prodecuts they keep id imagine they dont get trained on everything…or only a few facts about certain products idk.
With a cell phone store tho…it shouldnt be that way…everything should be damn near new when someone wants to demo something. Also everyone is trained on the device. Typically…unless theyre new or something

The thing is, I also worked at Gamestop and they give zero shits about your videogame knowledge. All they care about is reserves and subs, even then they are considered “placeholders” and not sales.
