Time to upgrade my boy! What you need is a Japanese guitar, and a full tube amp! Forgot those stomp boxes!
What metallica songs do you know how to play? When I was 15 I learned all of them lol.
I’m 15 now lol…I know One,Fade to Black, Master of Puppets, Enter Sandman, St.Anger, Frantic and Fuel
lol yeah i was thinking of buying an Ibanez RG350DX and a marshall half stack…(but xbox360 comes first lol)
Check eBay for either an Ibanez RG550 or RG570. I got a perfectly good Japanese RG off of ebay for $400. Avoid the 99-01 models though.
Marshall?! Well it will be loud!
Why?? whats with the 99-01 models??
Horrible knife edges on the trem and gummed up trem posts. Incredibly annoying and hard to fix… not worth the time or money for the trouble.
start at 2:28 to see the cool stuff.
and M.A.N. is not very good
I forgot to mention it, but I got my guitar back. Its official description is now “Agile with Custom Custom in bridge.”
If I remember, I’ll record something with it for everyone’s consideration.
That was awesome! I love hearing stories like that.
-The Devil Went Down To Nashville. For those not wanting to watch the whole thing, the guitar freak out starts around 2:30.
Should i get this for my birthday???

or an Ibanez??
If you feel you have enough experience to get a guitar with a Floyd Rose system then go for it. But if ur not very experienced this guitars they can be really tricky to maintain and set up.
Can anyone tell me which years were good production years for the Ibanez Paul Gilbert models?
Idk when they started producing it…but I think after 2 years of the starting of production, thats when they start fixing stuff that people dont want…
The question is, which ones weren’t? lol
You’ll find better answers to your question over here:
Ok i got a quick question here.
So i got fed up with my tremolo
and decided to shove a wood block in the cavity to stop
it from moving it like a hard tail so i tune my guitar and when i
tun on the amp there is this annoying buzz. Every time i touch
the cavity or the end of my cable the buzzing goes away.
Is my guitar grounded improperly now that i got rid of the springs???
How can i fix this??
A wire might have come loose on the back side of the trem. Open your cover on the back up and you should notice a wire that is pressed against the trem… you need to solder or even just eletrical tape it down onto the trem.
i have no trem no more. The only thing left is the metal plate that
hooks on the springs. But the cable is already solder to it.
Only when i touch it goes away.
What…?
Anyways, you can also check your pickup selector. Open up the back plate for it and just touch it with your finger, if the buzzing stops when you touch it any where on the inside of it, then you can take a piece of eletrical tape and lay it over the pickup selector which should stop the buzzing.
I got it i just made the metal plate touch a spring that i just threw in there
and it stop buzzing. But thx for the help tho =]
So I finally got un-lazy and tuned my guitar to this:
Mainly because my friends were on a 90s music kick this week.
It was worth it!
must be a pain in the ass to tune it huh??
