I mostly just wanted to mess around with Assault Vest, at least one new Pokemon, at least one Fairy type and see the changes to weather. Despite the fact that I had so little offensive, I managed to still win half of my battles somehow. Shrug.
Sandtrap is now a Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock’ing Donphan because I’m a bastard like that; Tyranitar is currently a Choice Scarf one because of that, though I’ll probably go with something else. The only other change at present is that Mandibuzz now has Toxic instead of Defog. Tangrowth, much as I like the bastard, is probably going to switched out for Poison Heal Breloom–Breloom’s probably my (second) “favorite” Grass Pokemon anyway, so… Florges might also leave, though it would probably be for another Fairy type like Magic Guard Clefable or Sylveon or Prankster Whimsicott.
I like using assault vest on Ttar to buffer even further it’s SpD. This allows me to put EVs elsewhere unless you really fear focus blast. Magic Guard Clefable is very nice on SS teams as it takes no damage plus that huge movepool. I would drop Tangrowth as he does nothing for you.

Guy was mad salty at the end that his Gliscor was dead thanks to my chomp’s rough skin. I suppose I could have not have blissey die a turn sooner but I threw rocks out there to ensure the KO on the last couple of pkmn.
Once you saw that rotom-W had leftovers (instead of chesto berry or scarf which also would have been meaningless if he didn’t trick) you should have kept gastrodon in. rotom-W does no damage with volt switch or hydro pump and very little with hp ice. you could have recover’d away the burn damage while toxic killed it.
and yeah, using choice earthquake vs 4 pokemon when 2 of them are immune was unfortunate.
(Yeah, seeing a Rotom-Wash die to Infestation of all things would have been hilarious.)
The lack of the other Rotom formes is a bit sad, though it’s Gamefreak own fault Rotom-Fan sucks. Why the hell does a Flying type need Levitate? The other Rotom formes seem like they’d at least be usable, even regular Rotom due to Eviolite, but yet…everyone is trying to kill me with laundry.
I’m using Magic Guard Clefable on my Hail team at present. I’d rather not have it on both teams unless I could avoid it even though I can obviously use two completely different sets due to Clefable’s massive movepool. I’ll probably go with Assault Vest on T-tar and just use Ice Beam instead of Fire Blast despite what Smogon suggests.
I honestly have a problem establishing this beyond the very basics of “durrrr…use weather as focus. Do…something. Profit!” I “want” to play more defensive than offensive, obviously, but beyond just messing around, I’m not quite sure how to make the team more focused. I might try screw around with Gravity or Trick Room since I haven’t done so before and the latter is especially interesting given that everyone on my teams tend to be slower anyway. It would give me an excuse to use the Mummy Ghost over Aegislash too.
(Currently using Toxic Spikes on my Hail team even though I don’t like them. I’m trying to change my opinion, though I suppose I’m already biased towards Cloyster, so I’m not sure if I’d use them without using that pokemon.)
