I’m pretty confused as to why Toxic was just acting like normal poisoning on your Slowbro, but whatever I guess lol. Would have been different if he actually took more damage from it per turn like it’s supposed to do.
I think I’m just going to make a team of stallers. It’s the Pokemon equivalent of camping in first person shooters.

Well it can change but here’s a general consensus to go by.
Cover Legendaries are pretty much all banned. Black Kyurem is the only one that wasn’t but rumblings were coming up on it by the end of Gen 5. Mewtwo counts as a cover legendary since it came from the gen that didn’t put them on Covers.
The Mascot Legendaries (Base 100 stat everywhere) are pretty much all legal. Manaphy has been the only exception (though as of now it’s considered legal) because it has freaking Tail Glow. Thankfully not many people seem to know how to use it properly at the moment.
All Trio Legendaries (that aren’t covers) are usually safe as well. Genies from Gen 5 tend to be the exception.
Oh and lastly, Meloetta’s fine, go wild.
all legendaries above 600 BST are banned except for regigigas, kyurem, and kyurem-B
all fairy legendaries (those with 100 across all base stats) are legal, with manaphy the only one being banworthy
shaymin-sky, darkrai, deoxys-N, and deoxys-A are all banned, landorus-I genesect, deoxys-D, and deoxys-S will probably be so in the future
latias, latios, heatran, cresselia, landorus-T, meloetta, and zygarde have no chance of ever being banned
blaziken is the only non-legendary pokemon to be banned and thus so is mega-blaziken
gangarite and kangaskhanite are banned, lucarionite will probably soon follow
all 580 legendaries are legal, only tornadus-T and thunderus-I have the possibility of being banned
everything else is legal and should have no worries of being banned
