And the treatment for a Maximum Overdrive reboot was born LOL
Lamborghini SVJ broke the Nurbâs âproduction carâ laptime
Also Carfectionâs video on the Decepticon version of a P1, the Apollo IE
This is impressive.
I ended up leasing an Audi A4 about 6 months ago. Sitting in LA traffic no longer bothers me. Only downside is even with the crazy stock upgraded 24-speaker sound system it still canât touch the aftermarket setup I had in my Scion.
Really interesting video.
I spent my Black Friday differently this year. Instead of looking for more games to buy I just bought something to fix my truck. Iâve been neglecting my F-150 so I found a good deal and bought a new set of ultra wheels and other equipment so I could take it for a road trip with my friends this holiday.
Necro bump⌠But I just picked up a 19 Forester and 19 WRX. So hype.
LOL well since you started it.
Someone posted this. Guess Ferrari cars are not reliableâŚ
but itâs a salvage car . . . . . I just wonder what he paid for it and the overall repair cost.
lol I assume he was being sarcastic⌠Watch the entire series on that car, itâs not just âFerrari sucksâ that car has been through hell and back.
Thatâs a âis the juice worth the squeezeâ moment.
Yea, supposedly the color is really rare on that 360.
That may be the case. That level of headache requires time.
I just replaced the driveshaft on my Charger (281K and still kicking). I never had to take the exhaust out to make life easier. I did not realize that they were that heavy LOL
The carrier bearing was shot. I would hear the shaft knock when accelerating from low speeds (eliminating the comfort of WOT)
As you can see, the rubber completely separated from the unit. Dealership wanted about $150 for it. The bushings were also old so figured that even though the carrier bearing is covered via lifetime powertrain, theyâd say something about the bushings and Iâd still have to pony up for it. Those were about $185 a piece. A new unit was about $790. I kept my eyes out at LKQ (Junkyard) and a 2010 showed up. 5.7L and had a driveshaft that was recently serviced upon inspection. I went with that option
Rebulding Driveshaft - $520
New Driveshaft - $790
Recently Serviced from Junkyard - $55
Given that my car is approaching 300K part of me wonders what mods to do. I think I have about another 100K before something else blows up on it.
Watching this teardown was therapeutic
I found a picture that I took of the 1988 RX7 I had back in 2000. I gotta find a scanner to scan it in though. I painted the âMAZDAâ and the âRX7â logos with gold paint and the rest of the car pitch black. The car probably doesnât exist anymore. Who knows. I remember the license plate was either GRX558 or GRX588 (Hawaii plates)âŚ
Also, just ran across this on youtube!!!
