What he said at 4:10 is something I that always wondered about and could not put my finger on it. I miss the 90s man. damn
Check out this mini documentary on Liberty Walk Nissan R-35 GT-R
That might just be the best sounding car I have ever heard.
This is them modding a lamborghini, they actually saw off parts of the body
Some guys in Texas are gonna build DeLoreanās again.
So you could say that theyāre bringing them backā¦ to the future.

Anyone know anything about mercedes? I only know a limited amount. But my wife wants a C class Iām looking to get her one for Christmas. But all I know is that the kompressor or amg is where itās at. I canāt aff a brabus tuned Benz though.
Any insight would be appreciated
Does Subaru have a plug-in hybrid? I really wish they or Scion would come out with one. Hell, any kind of hybrid Scion. I just canāt drive a freakin Prius, and there are just a few points about the Volt that I hate (not to mention that itās American).
Just buy a Fiesta ST or a Focus ST imo. Hybrids now are shitty. Iād hold off until your next car. IIRC 2020 is the year they expect eclectic cars to really have an impact.
Kompressors are the tiny cars. From an image POV, get this for her if she wants the appeal of a small car. Personally, I see way too many women driving this already. AMG is the step up but I donāt know how important a logo is to you, but if all she wants is a Mercedes, Iād think a C-Class is plentiful as stock. Decent specs, probably a very affordable granted how many I see on the road, very good looks, doesnāt even need any cosmetic mods to improve its image (thatās if weāre talking the current gen).
Iām a huge BMW guy, so when it comes to Mercedes I always look at it as the more luxurious of the two. Honestly she doesnāt care about specs for real. I know that the C-Class has been the car she has wanted for years. Wanting an AMG is more so me more than her. But now that Iāve seen the Brabus tuned Benzes, I am finding myself liking them more and more.

Iād probably buy one for the hell of it if they priced them below 20k
I kinda wish they came out camless engines already. And I hope non-metallic materials will become cheap enough to use in the future.

But cams make your car sound so bad ass.
I used to have a 1988 hard-top, black, 5-speed manual RX7 in 2000 when I was in Hawaii. Damn, I shouldāve never sold that thing!!! I painted the āRX7ā and the āMazdaā logos below the hatchback in gold!
I gotta scan in and upload the picture sometimeā¦
Got my 383 started finally. Pushed the Vette out into the driveway tried to crank it a few times and it wanted to light off but would only run a few seconds then die. Modulating the throttle kept it barely alive but something was stopping it. So I played with the idle air stop screw to have the throttle cracked some more as well as moving my distributor counter clockwise every so slightly and it fired right off. Great times!
It idled at 1600 rpm though so Iāve got to revisit the idle air adjustment as well as several other things. Clocking the distributor slowly back clockwise while it ran slowed down the idle to 1400 rpm but anymore and it wanted to die. The target idle rpm is 775. Iāll be messing with it some more.
lmao 2 step launch (NOT SAFE FOR HEADPHONE USERS)
Link to the idle I have worked on for the 383. Itās at 950 rpm as is and planning to lower it some but it idles smooth where itās at right now. That pricey balance job was worth it. I had to go into the spark advance tables after that first rough start and do some tweaking and it shows. Night and day difference now. I hated to shut it offā¦
I canāt seem to get the video to embed but if someone can with this, it saves a click.
Thereās no way that car would stay stock if I had one. Best car Japan ever made, and will ever make.
^ Debatable.
By the time the NSX stopped being made, everything out gunned it by far, even Hondaās more plebian cars. I mean in 1989 it was the best car in the world, but all the Ferrariās, Vettes, Porsche, Lotus, ect that it could beat then, all got better, while the NSX stayed nearly the same.
Anyway, I got a new car.

Must get rid of the Miata. No sense in having a Miata and bigger angrier Miata.

In terms of style and what I see Japanese cars as, this is the apex of Japanese design. Slow as shit, but thatās why thereās boost or engine swaps.
