Week 3 update:
Only lost 1 lb, but I was expecting a low number. Didn’t push my workouts as hard as I could this past week because I had just started again after the injury and wanted to play it safe. I think I should’ve lost 1-2 more lbs. actually, but I think gained it in muscle :bgrin:
Look at my waistline :wow:. Each weak, the curve under my belly (top of shorts) has gotten smaller and smaller!:bgrin: I’ve reduced about 1 inch off my waist in the past 3 weeks.
Very happy with the results so far if I didn’t make that obvious already:sweat:

Alphaflex, you look skinnier in week 2 then week 3…Maybe its the camera shot…Either way you seem to have quite a transformation already from when you started…

Week 4 update:
I actually got to 174 lbs., but yesterday I didn’t eat enough throughout the day(spent hours shopping w/ wifey) and decided to not work out (don’t want to lose muscle). Woke up today at 175 lbs. np, just an extra lb. for me to lose for next week,

lost some pounds, first month is always the hardest because you have train your mind and body not to eat or do what its not use to

No pics of my 1 month update, but maybe at the end of this month. I’ve lost abot 12lbs so far, just by dieting and eating healthy alone. Going to start running next week every morning (like when I was still in the Marines) get up around the same time I use to for PT and run a few miles and do triple threats in th middle. Triple threats: a set of leg lifts, flutter kicks, and ‘hello dolly’s’, one after the other w/feet always at least 6 inches from the deck and hands placed under the small of your back. I prefer hands behing my head for more intensity.
