goals: stay in the stay weight, but be more cut and bluff.

i might step in this, considering im dropping mad weight for boxing anyways. may be just extra motivation.

current bench press - 180ish (hey at least im doin my bodyweight lol, this needs to be hella improved)
time on heavy bag before out of juice - 10-15m (lots of smokin and drinkin didnt help this, but ill be back to my old style soon enough)

goal:
170 lbs.
bench - 250 lbs before 6 weeks
heavy bag - 30 minutes before 3 weeks

kk using my camera to take pictures of myself = sort of fail so cut me some slack and I just started to go to the gym regularly at the beginning of this week after some down time, so we’ll see.

That’s what running turns you into. :shake: I look malnourished compared to the rest of SRK. i didn’t take pics of my legs, but that’s where the muscle is at.

6’0. 142 lbs.

And for the record, I’m 18.

Personal goals- Max out leg extension machine at gym. (Currently at 170 with 12 reps. Then 175 with 10 reps. Then One more set of 180 at 8 reps.) Machine maxes out at 230 lbs.

6 pack abs. Girls go crazy for em.

Win this thing in the welterweight class.

how do u guys post the pic directly? the insert pic buttons doesn’t work for me, so i just but down the links.

i dont know but, i usually just make it an attachment or link pics from imageshack.

get you a good 2500-3000 calories a day before you work out, and start your set with an all out power lift. for biceps, start your set with some preachers curls with alot of weight, and do as many as you can, then on your next set do 3 less, next set 3 less and so on…

what that does is breaks down all your muscle in your bicep, then you go and do your routine as usual. you will notice your gettin more development and more strength ALOT faster.

adjust accordingly for other muscle groups

Good luck, everyone. I’d like to gain more muscle mass myself, but I know I won’t be motivated enough to do it.

^yea…motivation holds me back sometimes too but, at the end of the day if you want change you gotta help yourself.

you will find it easier if you make a schedule.
