I have to teach on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I will probably not be there regularly. I am however thinking of holding a hookup at my place.
I am heading to KC for a bit for Mother’s Day so I will will be back in town Sunday night. I will be free Wed. through Sunday for sure till I start my new classes in July.

Also, the stream apparently worked out great. I’ll try it with recording simultaneously next time so that the matches will be saved.
We also need to find out how to switch between the various setups, like they have for level up. Then we are in the big times. We could do stuff like live tutorial sessions and live strategy sessions… I am so excited about the possibilities!

Probably a standard A/V switch would be all. Of course, I’m not sure how Meta would feel about cables running all over their floor, especially now that Monday nights look like they might get a bit busier.
My apartment complex has a movie theater in it that you can rent for like $100. So if you wanted to do it there we would need at least 10 people at $10 a person for a venue fee. They have seats so we can have the Grand Finals shown on the projector or something.
Oh who would be up for another hookup like later in the week or the weekend?
That sounds great, unfortunately I think we’d have a hard time getting people to show up for $10 at least, even with a sweet setup like that. Plus Meta really is a convenient place for a lot of people in the area. But I’ll definitely poke the idea around and see if we can come up with something. As far as hookups, I’m not going to be available evenings on weekdays for the foreseeable future (JUST started working night shifts from 2PM-11PM today actually) and this weekend looks booked for me. I would really like to get with some of the other folks who hang around this area who can’t come by Mondays though (I know Jspot hangs around Springfield late in the week and on weekends I believe), so I’ll definitely let you know when I’m available!
i would go to a springfield major with a $10 venue fee if the setup was as said. or can help you guys setup meta so that wires aren’t going everywhere if you buy the switches and shit.
I might have to see if Glen or Rex would come down for a hookup once in a while. I have a place they could crash. for the Weekend hookup or Tourney if there is one. Maybe Kong, Nick, Axiom, and Lee too.

Hey peeps. Show up to Ogres this Saturday so that we can train for Evo. I was going to have the battle camp at my crib, but I don’t want to clean up for 20 mofos lol. This will be a straight 12 hour session of casuals to level up the community for Evo. As with AR, $5 at the door unless you bring a system/tv. We’ll have the entire front side of the store, so come early and bring the hype.

Does anybody still play SF3rd Strike,ST,or Guilty Gear??? i personally dont like SSF4,SF4… I been back in CoMo for awhile and it seems like da scene is fading away. WTF??? Should start having 3rd strike and ST tournaments again like back in the day when i beasted every1 in CoMo at Gunthers tournaments with Akuma.(except Josh,lol)
