You might want to bring a PS3, since I lack AE on mine (and with my job situation now, I really shouldn’t be spending money on anything unnecessary for a while). Perhaps a monitor as well. I have a few extra TVs, but they’re both CRTs.
As for food and such, chips/soda should be fine, and I can order us some pizza as well from Dominos or Pizza Hut, or we can just go and fine some fast food place in town or something. Don’t have a lot to actually cook in this house, lol.
Ok, I’ll take my PS3, and TV to NLG for an hour or so, then head up with them after. Yeah, as for food, I’ll chip in on pizzas, booze, hookers, etc. Oh wait, not all of that is food… or is it?

Sorry I didn’t make it out to Next-Level yesterday. I usually hand the little one off to my wife’s parents for the day, but had to watch her all day yesterday (which is fine, of course, I just like to take a break for a few hours once a week).
I hope to be there next Saturday, though I’ve barely spent any time trying to improve my Chun Li game since my last visit. I’m thinking of picking up Akuma as a secondary character and alternating between the two to prevent burnout.

Also, I’ll start booking the hotel nextweek on Thursday, 08/18. Guys let me know if there is going to be more than 5 of us cause we’ll need a second room. Let me know on Monday. As for the hotel, I’ll go with the hotel I picked out if nobody minds.

I tried to make it out to Next-Level and Meta last week but several things keep me from attending (working on the tournament being one of them) but I hope to make it out this week. Is anyone going to be at Next-Level tomorrow? If so, what time?
There should be a few of us at Next Level tomorrow. I’ll be there sometime between 1-2PM, and I’m sure Dennis and a couple other guys will probably be there around that time as well.

I’m hoping to get to Next-Level between 1 and 2 p.m. I’ll be looking to improve my Chun Li game and also get a better feel for Akuma (who I’m planning to pick up as my secondary), so all constructive criticism is welcome!
GGs to all the SSFIV players at Next-Level today! I feel like I’m very (very) slowly improving and still having fun.
Now to practice countering cross-ups and learning Chun Li’s pokes. Thanks for the advice, eVile!
Oh, and Sang’s Viper is ridiculous. I’ll be watching for YouTube videos of Sang’s matches after the tournament in Kansas City next weekend, if only for ideas on how to counter his crazy speed. 
One thing to take note of if you’re still playing non-AE SSF4 at home when fighting Gief is that his LP SPD range got a pretty massive buff in AE. So much so that he can grab you from a range that his regular standing LP WHIFFS. Just something to be mindful of when playing a footsie game. T.Hawk has some good LP SPD range as well, but not quite as substantial.
