Anyone in Southwick/Agawam/Westfield that wants to brutally murder me in SFxT so I can figure this game out? I’ve got no previous SF experience, so I’ve just been working my way through the trials and haven’t even touched a versus match yet.
Still having mixed feelings about SFxT but leaning more towards liking it. And thats after playing with Marco for like 3 hours, so you know if anyone is gonna make someone hate a game, it’s Marco.

Plot Armor: I have work Friday afternoon, so that’s pretty much a no since I wake up somewhat late. However, I probably don’t work Sunday (Don’t know for sure yet, but generally I don’t get scheduled Sundays) so if you’re free that day it would be great.

Question: is Shuma regarded as ass in Marvel? I don’t know much about the game, so I want to make sure that I pick a character that isn’t limiting. (Many have advised to pick a team like Wesker/Frank West/Dante to learn the game, but Shuma is too cool.) I’m not looking for top-tier or anything, but to draw a parallel, Abel has no wakeup game in SFIV, so for a beginner to learn the game using him they would not understand the wakeup aspect </runonsentence>. Are there any aspects of the game that I would similarly not learn by playing Shuma?
