yea this seems AWFULLY COINCIDENTAL. is it just that cheeseburg did not want anyone to see what was going to happen, that he gave fanntastic money just to make sure nothing went down? yea that seems much more believable then what you guys are saying happened.
We went out to eat at a diner afterwards and Cheeseburger ordered a cheeseburger but the waitress dropped it on the ground when she got to our table and I swear to god I saw Doug cry a little bit.

It seems like the best place to get it right now is Best Buy. The Enfield, CT store has a PS3 copy of Tournament Edition in stock. It’s possible to buy online and pick up at the store. For other stores (or if you want the 360 version), you could use Ship to Store. The site says that takes 3-5 days.
GameStop seems to have generally sold out of it in their pre-order phase. Walmart is a possibility. As for the independent stores, I’m really not sure. If you just want the 360 version of the stick, PDP is selling it without the game for $129.99 now (here). Buying Tournament Edition is a much better deal, though.
I also recently posted in another thread giving some suggestions for possible MK stick solutions that people here might be interested to know about…
I would recommend a stick that has the MK layout. Here are some options…

EDIT: There are some GameStop locations that have cancelled pre-orders. At the time of this edit, the nearest for 360 is at the East Brook Mall location in Mansfield Center, CT, and the nearest for PS3 is at Greendale Mall in Worcester, MA or Bristol, CT location. I’d definitely advise calling ahead to reserve it if you intend to try to drive out and buy it without having pre-ordered.
