He doesn’t have it all figured out yet, but Thursday night fights are 10 dollars a month to play from 6 to midnight(or possibly later) on Thursdays. He was charging 5 bucks a night if you dont sign up for the month. The place was really amazing though, anyone that wasn’t there needs to make sure they check it out when they can and support this awesome business.

That’s awesome but my buddy’s birthday is Saturday so I can’t make it. It seems my plans rarely align with tournament schedules

You are gonna want to bring your sticks. I am gonna be late on every Thursday cause I have to work, but I am gonna stop by afterwards.
But people start showing up around 6:00, right? Because I’m in the opposite boat in that I’d probably come early since I’ll have to leave earlier.
A consistent gathering place is just what Spokane needs to form a solid fighting game community. Hopefully people start showing up! I will be trying to make it to either Thursday night fights or the tournament this week.

Anybody going to the tournament tomorrow? I plan on showing up for some Marvel 3, though there isn’t an exact time for when that’s going to start. I have a poker game at 7 so I hope it’s over before then.

Are there days people are going to be playing other than thursday? Like Tuesday perhaps?
I think that’s the night we have “reserved” at Game On, so you might have to organize a gathering somewhere else if other nights are reserved as well. Who knows though, you might just be able to show up whenever and organize it with some of our guys.
I’m not exactly sure how Mike is operating the place and how many nights are just open to walk-ins playing whatever.
I bet if you show up on most days there will be TV’s open. I think right now we are his biggest customers until he gets word out that he is there.

So does that mean our $10 covers the whole month (i.e. we can come and go as we please) or does that only cover us for Thursday nights?

I don’t know how he’s doing prices but I think he said today will be the start of tuesday fight night. He may have already sent some text to some of the bunch. I maybe there tonight. Its nice living only 5 minutes from there.

We have opened another night for FIGHT NIGHT!!! Come join us for Tuesday Night Fights!!! We have had a few people ask if we would open another night for fight nights so here it is. It will work the exact same as Thursday nights, $5 per night or $10 for the month of Tuesdays. Fight nights start at 6pm and go till midnight.
