I plan to have super going on as well as marvel on the 18th. And, yes, most of us are surprisingly not creepy. Also, your talking about the TV reminded me to say that I am gonna need people to volunteer bring a couple tvs (and your sticks of course) so we can get three setups going.

Well, there were about 10 guys the first night, and 5 the next. I was there from 9:30 to 11:00 the first night, and 9:00 to midnight the second. I met a lot of players but forgot all their names already It was sick though. They were runnin this scam where you buy a card for 8 bucks, and it’s good for unlimited play for an hour. So after every match, the dude would slide the card in the machine, and I think it got up to like 40 something credits lol. Everyone was just rotating and playing for free. Saturday most of the players had left by 10:30, so me and this dude punk82 played for an hour and a half straight. That’s why I thought the community was rad, everyone playin for free, sharing info, chillin.
Thats cool, those are all my boys back home. Thats the one thing that I missed when I got to Spokane a year and a half ago but, things are starting to pick up now.

we don’t have it and neither do they - best buy’s wont have it for a little bit.

anybody seen Arthur or Haggar used in these recent MVC3 tourney’s?
i saw some decent arthur quite a while ago from some tourney footage but not recently - haggar has that invulnerable lariat assist - looks REALLY good.
so what teams are you all looking to play?
I’ll probably be doing captain america/iron man/hulk but i’m also liking thor a lot so we’ll see what happens there.
But hey the game is huge and expansive, i don’t know who i’ll end up playing. but those are who i’ll start with.

Thor looks to have alot more going on for him then alot of people first thought. that video with LI Joe really opened my eyes to his potential. plus that taunt is amazing lol.
Dante - will be my main (im a tekken player. so having 40+ moves is more of a comfort, tons of room in that sandbox)

I haven’t really been riding the MvC3 hype train so it’s hard to say. Dante and Deadpool would be obvious choices for me but I know those will by FAR be the most popular characters, so that makes me pretty hesitant.
Amaterasu and Viewtiful Joe are big interests as well only because I loved their respective games (both criminally underrated in my opinion). Honestly I’m just happy they got into MvC3.
i totally feel you about dante… at least endgame, people will play him radically different… vs. some one like ryu lol

My prediction… Dante will be a 2nd or 3rd character used mainly for assist within 6 months. For the serious team. This is just a guess though, I think people will realize that his mobility isn’t that great… that is unless his teleport is actually good. I haven’t seen anyone use it. Team Online Warrior will be Dante, Deadpool, Zero.
I don’t have a team yet, just characters I am interested in. Until I play the game for a couple hours minimum I won’t know my team AND it will probably change a few times for a month or two.
Characters that seem cool to use for me in no particular order:
Sent, Doom, Dormammu, X-23, Tron, Storm, Ammy,She-Hulk, Bionic Commando, Iron Man, Chun Li, and Hsien ko.
