I found like 2 arcades in Taipei, and they were more SNK oriented it seems. The only Capcom game I could find in the arcade at the time was CVS 1 :lame:

I found a place in Taipei where you can play all kinds of games on DC or PS2 with ASCII sticks provided by others. They have bi-weekly tournament for 3S and I joined the last one they had and proudly finished dead last. 
The place is called GM and it’s not very large, with about 20 people the place is crowded. If you need the exact info, PM me. The arcades in Taipei sucks, I found a 2nd Impact machine and the left side was broken and people told me it has been broken for 6 months, it’s pretty much all SNK games from there.
Thanks for the answers StreakSRM and Khang, I knew something weird was happening when I couldn’t even link one super the entire time I was there. My reactions aren’t good enough to late cancel it so I think I’ll just try playing other dominant characters like Ken or something.

Do u guys use charge buffering at all in your Alex game or Urien game? Its one solid way that will ensure it to work but I have my own methods that work better for me.
Like with Alex, I press down for like a sec. then I do his torward and fierce punch, then while hes swinging I go back to down then do the punch again and then down up and kick for a stomp.
What are some good ones u guys have?

I hope you’re joking right? When the stick won’t even allow me to do c. jab c.jab, SAII consistently I don’t think I can make Alex competitive over here. There are some good players here, you basically see all the dominant characters been played but you still see an Oro or Twelve player here and there. The comp is like Einstein’s without Hsien and Mark because there are no dominant player that just beats up on everyone else.
Alex is all about the EX’s, not the supers. Look at how KSK plays.

:evil:Yeah you just got to keep playing if you can’t do dashing charging. Then your not gonna have an affective Alex. You can do it man you just got to try I pick up Urien’s dash charges pretty quick. It took me a minute to figure it out but the homeboy gave me a good one to start with and I ran from there. Just gotta do it instead of that I don’t think I can do that bullshit. KSK does use supers just only with certain setups. If he can’t get you to fall for his setups then he want use em until you do. I got footage where he did like 3 supers on this guy it was fucked up. Everybody has a super game in 3s just got to find it.:evil:

I use it but I dont have anything special with it. Just try and hit em I guess. lol
There is a way to keep them in hit stun from a special move like a chop or a rush punch so you can combo an attack after she turns red but I forgot it. I’m working on that super now but Kens keep beating me with it. I’m only good with sa1.
