Yeah I play Ibuki. I cant seem to use the knives in the ground as good as Jack though. He can pull off some hard links. Standing jab hold forwad, standing medium punch into standing short is a good setup to get them to block low. Then u can do her backwards upper with kick. Most people still block low so they get hit. Or forward and short short short is a good far away poke.
What all do u need help with with her? I dont know what u already know and dont know. Basic combos or what?

Jack should have gone to Evo. Also Eddie. Man, when they all still played, Jack/Eddie/Phu/Mark/Hsien would have been a killer Team Texas.
But I hear Eddie is here in SA now! Does anyone know for sure? If all he plays now is CvS2 he’s going to be sorely disappointed.

Eddie’s always talking about how all he plays now is CvS2 and ST. He told me that he doesn’t play 3rd Strike anymore. 
Is there gonna be another regionals, or are things gonna cool down for a while after evo?
Eddie has moved to San Antonio yes I talked to him the day before he moved there but I havent heard from him since, as for what he plays its mostly ST these days and CvS2 but he is getting back into 3S.
I havent seen him online though since hes moved yet though.
There will probably be no more major tournaments in Houston. Not till Christmas break I would say.
I should play Alex again. KSK has given me some motivation to play the damn bastard again. Only grappler character with no down + fierce body splash.:bluu:

Dashing in between pokes is one way to get in with Alex. People with good reflexes will tech your throws, so here are some alternatives.

- Low jab jab xx super (risky if their reflexes are good)
::Air Flip Scenarios::
After you do a move that causes your opponent to flip backwards in the air and land on their feet. These moves include hitting someone out of the air with:
- Towards fierce
- Jumping fierce/roundhouse
- Standing strong
Mixups are same as ground mixups. Once you hit them out of the air, you can dash in to establish close range.

- Stomp
- Powerbomb (need to have some distance between you two)

Typically after Evo or B tournaments comes a period of burn out. Probably won’t see tournaments again until November.
Bah. Alex is not a good character. All those people who think that Alex has an advantage on Urien don’t know how to play 3rd Strike (aka pretty much everyone in that sillly thread trying to rank all the characters in the game). I already knew what Alex was capable of when I fought KSK at Evo, especially KSK’s Alex, since you do nothing but gush about this and that you saw KSK do with Alex. All I had to do, Khang, when I played him was pretend I was playing you and I beat him. Then KSK had to go and cheat and pick Ken. I’ve never seen KSK play Ken EVER! The 2nd game was close and he beats me. So I decide to try and show him up with a mirror match and he beats me I asked Mopreme later and he said that Japanese NEVER change their characters. Boo. Hey Khang, KSK, your hero, your Alex champion, sold Alex out! Since Alex sucks!

Oh yeah, my Dudley also beat KSK’s Alex when I played him at Family Fun. Next time I played him, he used Ken, and Dudley can do nothing to Ken. Ken Standing Fierce owns Dudley for free. The only counters Dudley has to it are nothing, nothing, and NOTHING .
Bah! I already knew KSK played Ken too. Selling out? I sold out a long time ago.
Mabe they will start doing that more often. I just cant see one guy beating every character. Not even Chun,Yun,or Ken…ok maBE kEN.
