I said nothing about evolution by n.selection/mutation/genetic drift/gene flow being the ultimate cause of life, and I explicitly added the caveat there may be other forces at work. You can do your own research and find out for yourself that evolution does happen. An easy example of this is the evolution of super-diseases & bugs that are resistant to antibiotics and chemicals used to kill them.

Microevolution is when there are small changes inside a species. Like how the birds Darwin observed adapted to their surroundings. They don’t change from one type of animal to another, like a cat to dog or whatever.
Macroevolution is what people commonly refer to as evolution, so i’m not going to go into details about this.
