That’s pretty much how I play it, and if you can play SF you can easily figure this game out. It’s so trivial to learn combos and string them together, and all of the basic options are spelled out in the move list, including combos. Just look for one that puts them in a juggle state, then find another combo that resets them with a meter burn and voila, you’re playing Injustice.

There might be something happening on Saturday - not sure yet. Just throwing it up and out there so everyone has an idea of what’s going on. We may end up at Galaxy again, since it has come to my attention there are “others” that play, in the Lost sense of the word.
So if we can meet up with their guys, we might… dare I say… have somewhat of a local scene again? Yeah, mind blowing I know.

Alright z. epiphany I am having a character crisis for injustice. My Ares combos do not seem to work now so I have set him to the side, Cyborg feels like Guile to me leaving me with 0 game once someone gets in on me, and I cant bring myself to play scumbag Superman or Aquaman. I am now stuck at step 1 of trying to find someone.
Hrm. Doomsday? It’s all in, get-in and wreck fools. He has good ways to get in that are mostly free, and his combos are pretty easy to pick up and make work for a new character with a short deadline. Zoning hell might be a bit much, but his gamma crush thing bypasses a hellalot of that, as does his armor.
Just a thought.
Not feeling Deathstroke anymore? Batman is a pretty known quantity at this point too, and his combos are pretty easy to make work.
Ya not feeling DS because I feel that his zoning game is way to slow. might try Bat or Doom and see which one I like
I think i got doom down enough to compete. Only issue i am still having is punishing attacks.

Alright, we are going to Fight Night it up next week.
Saturday, November 16th @ 6 PM. Right now, it looks like we’ll be at Galaxy due to some potentially new players showing interest. I’m not sure what the games plan is, but I figure I’ll just bring what I got and see what’s what from there. I imagine some of them will be Injustice only, so I imagine we’ll snag two setups, throw that on one and throw something actually fun on the others. 
We can snag a PS3 setup too if you want to do BB:CP, blaze_zero. Some of those guys seemed interested in playing it too, actually.
I’ll update the thread with more details as they emerge.
^I’m definitely interested in going. Might need to do a little research on BB:CP and see if any characters function/combo similarly to their CSEX counterparts, I could actually practice a little on CSEX and try playing it then. I enjoyed using Hakumen for the 5 days or so that I played CSEX after I bought it haha. Regardless, would be interested in watching/learning a little about Injustice and getting some more AE and possibly KoF13 in.
I need to figure out how to load DLC onto a flash drive, but yeah, I want to play with people.
Hey, just 'cause I said I’d mention it - if you’re going to that Injustice thing in December, the guy putting it on would like you to RSVP on facebook (if you have it) so he has a better idea of headcount, things he needs to get, and something to do with Skullcandy headphones.

Looks like I’m not going to be able to make it to the Injustice tournament this Sunday, should be out in the Black Hills then if all goes according to plan. I haven’t really played the game at all so I wasn’t hoping to win anything, but I kinda wanted to go anyways just to support it. I’m expecting one of you guys to take the thing!
Planning on having a Fight Night on Sunday, December 8th @ 5:00-ish or so after the Injustice Tournament thing at Galaxy. No idea if we’ll just stay at Galaxy or if we’ll be at my place - we’ll just have to see who is around (maybe some new randoms from the Injustice thing).

Well, didn’t win - got 2nd. Got beat by a Doomsday, but at least now I know what to look for when I fight him. 
Anyway, we’ll probably do another fight night pretty soonish, just as a heads up - possibly the end of this week.
Final Fight Night of the Year - my place (as of right now), 5:00 PM on Friday, December 13th. It’s the last fight night I can throw for this year. So if you can make it, let me know. I picked up Samurai Gunn (which isn’t a fighting game, but is kind of like one) and I’m willing to MAME it up if people want some throwback action (like Windjammers).
If it helps, I can move it to Saturday - just let me know asap.
Wish I could go, but I’m gonna be gone again this weekend haha. Samurai Gunn looks sweet, I’m probably gonna buy that and try to convince some of the other people I’m with to give it a shot. Will be a good use of the bluetooth dongle I picked up and my four Dual Shock 3 controllers. Looks similar to TowerFall which I’ve always wanted to play, no one I know has an Ouya though… thankfully it’ll be on PC/PS4 soon.

March 8th, there is a multiple fighting game tournament at MoarCon - an anime convention in Fargo/Moorhead area.
