You’ve probably been watching the french videos. They’ve been playing very conservatively. Check out some of the footage of the developers playing for a better idea how the game is supposed to flow.
Well from what i heard, Raphael is mostly unchanged from 4(But he might be changed if fans demand it), so if you where planing on playing as him 4 would be a good place to start.
Does anyone else wish that they could make a custom Nightmare and aeon/lizard-man. I don’t mean just editing them or making a character based on them, I mean like making a character with a monster hand or more options for the lizards.
Man i would love to make a custom nightmare, or possible a lizard with someone elses style.

Alright besides the random things that i want that probably wont make it into the game, IS there any word on if you could make a custom character with Dampierre’s style? Could you do it in BD?
Would be a little crazy wouldn’t it? Like it would be hard to be original there, his style is absolutely insane.
Hope Cervantes 2P costume is great or I may have to CaS him.

Raphael is actually my favored character from what little I’ve played of SC4 (very casually, and I don’t have any great ambitions for now obviously, other than to avoid having to go through the whole learning curve all at once… it feels a bit more intimidating than the 2D fighters I’m more familiar with).
They were probably high when they decided that. Worst of all, breaking a throw can kill you. I think in one of the streams somebody broke a throw and died. :S
I haven’t really had the chance to read up on much news as of late. I know Cervantes is in the game. Have they confirmed whether or not Talim is a returning veteran?
No news on that particular femme yet. Pretty anxious to see what they’ve done with Taki, myself. (whenever
they finally decide to show her).

Taki is already in the game. Her name is Natsu.
That’s what pissed me off at first too, but Taki really is in the game. She’s just not been shown yet.

Actually, I’m pretty sure that the colours thing is back simply due to the update to 1.1. Expect it to be gone once Wiz finds out.
Interesting, a bit weird seeing as Natsu basically has her whole moveset, they may end up being too similar.
I hope you are trolling because that would be stupid if true. I can’t stand style-clone characters. Soul Calibur has always been full of them. The announcer in this game is ass too. And no Kilik. Hype slowly dying…
The absence of Killik adds hype for me haha, hate that character so much.

I hope they don’t fill the rest of the roster with clones though, I may prefer Taki to Natsu but 2 almost identical characters is pretty pointless in a game like this.
She doesn’t have her whole moveset. Otherwise she wouldnt’ have been created.
Not trolling. I don’t like skin-clones either but that’s not the case here, apparently. I also disagree about the announcers.
It’s the best announcer since Mortal Kombat (because he sounds/announces just like it.)

She has the Ninja Cannon, Phantom Stance etc, also uses the same weapons so there are a lot of similarities with the rest of the moveset. If Taki has her old moveset, they will be quite similar, too similar for my liking.
I highly doubt Taki is a playable character. Both from the dev talk and due to the fact that we already have a “Taki” in the game.
They also have a limited amount of character slots, so wasting a slot on a Ken when you could have Bangoooooo is just silly (especially when you can make Taki in 1min in CaS).
I honestly want to see more new faces (especially with new styles) over returning ones, though.
