We should do a gathering after evo. I’d need some someone to bring a few ps2’s and tv’s. I got 2hori’s hrap’s and a OG hori stick.
For the record I back-slided and picked up krauser in kof98um and I know his game pretty well already.

I actually want the game, just never get to play it.
I might be useless for a month and a half after Evo.
But, I plan on getting my PS2 modded so I can import some games.
I sometimes get to play Garou on my friend’s DC, but I heard the the DC port isn’t that great.
Which is why I don’t preform well in either.

I have my own copy of UM that I bought a few weeks ago at AX so if anyone forgets to bring thers then it’s cool. We’ll just play with my copy 
It was fycn, my SS game was III and V, haven’t picked up tenka seriously yet.
As for krauser, hes a godly character, way worse then Daimon in OG 98, and hes beyond broke because he has godly options and little risk behind most things. Hes a good grappler tick type, has maybe up to **3! **of the best supers in the game, counter pokes and standard pokes that are sick good.
His cyclone SDM range is dirty like RBS/2. He has another ryuko type super that hunts anyone who jumps and its easy to super someone on a jump if you are calm enough, worse cause this thing can beat most shit and is anti counter poke… Having seen this in action I really believe it was originally intended to be a deadly rave, but they continued the lazyness. His Kaiser wave is hella fast and eliminates projectile games, if you guys thought Alpha 2 ryu was fucked up, this dude brings it to another level entirely, I mean its beyond stupid how good his options are and the fact he has answers to many things. He also retains those counter grabs which makes it bad for most, cause he can bait and set up things with them, cause they are GOOD.
He can build meter off pressuring close attacks to rdpB/D, then following with a blitz ball for no reason other then safety, that attack can be guarded and the best action is that blitz ball anyways, and if it connects, why not do it anyways for meter? If guarded, pressure+meter. Krauser can really hurt feelings on his priority.
his far C poke is beastly, quick, has dirty range, he has great answers to most things. You can literally shift into a FFS keep away style and beat many players on the most basic form of play because advancing is never safe, once he has stocks he can be a super threat in vein of 3S chun or other beasts, so be on your game, this fight is never gonna be easy against a sharp mind.
Leg tomahawk and air pursuit kicks are both good to, that air pursuit seems like on of his worst scenario’s, cause after hes open for punishment. Providing it misses, and if you bait a jumper enough, it mostly won’t.

Yeah I play with Krauser all the time at A.I. He’s one of my mains. His counters are great, they also counter against high attacks not just anti-air. Also if you hit your opponent with the deadly rave type special in the corner… after the flaming leg tomahawk… you can hit them with a standing C or D and it resets them. It’s real good for adding corner pressure.

Yeah that would be cool. He said he would be at EVO… let’s hope he still shows up. I call him local champ… cause I’m always forgetting his name. He got like a 75 win streak once on 98 UM at A.I.

Oh yeah and about the gathering, what time do you guys plan on actually doing it on that friday after EVO? I get off work at 6 so depending on what time you guys do this I may or may not be able to come.

I remember that. He came close to losing alot of times, but he always came through in the end.
Hmmm… I need to ask my friend again at what times the SNK stuff is at EVO. I’m still new to SRK… long time lurker but just barely was able to post.
I know friday is like SNK day… unless things have changed.
