Update: The AH action at AM3 (see link in my last post) has now been changed to casuals. I strongly encourage SoCal players to attend and help promote the game considering that AM3 is now a 2-day event and we might actually be able to play everyone in our “scene” for the first time.
Yeah I’m going for sure; I’ll get to play Melty Blood and Arcana Heart so thats great! Going with JO50 as far as carpooling
Ok good. I hope you guys who are interested can make it out to this for at least one day. I know it’s kinda far but it will hopefully be a great experience. I suggest finding a day that you can all attend and show up then. Unfortunately rooming is all taken up over there so spending the night isn’t an option if you plan to attend both days. But if you don’t mind making 2 separate trips, you can.

Um, I was at pulsr’s playing GG all day last Saturday and the one before that. I think I’m one of the last people whose loyalty should come into question. :\
I’ve given up GG entirely. It’s in the past, too hard of a game for me.
Whats so hard about GG? To me GG is like playing MvC (the first one not the second). Just asking by the way not downing you or anything:smile:
Everything. FRC’s, mixups, timing shit, combos, everything. Or you could just say I suck I guess. What’s worse is I play easy characters in AC, Pot and Axl, and I still have a hard time wiyth them. I rarely land the Potbuster FRC and never do in a match and Axl I just suck with in live matches.
There’s more to it than just that of course but it’s a lost cause. The game just makes me angry.
So which if you guys are going to AM3 for AH casuals again? Which days?

Yeah man I’m the same way with 3rd Strike; I suck asscheeks on that game straight up. All that parrying shit and crazy ass combos that I had no clue that you could even do them on that game irritates me. I always liked the Alpha series anyway:rofl:
I haven’t played GG though since I first bought GG X2 in 2003, so I probably suck at it as much as you do so I’m in the club with ya! Plus nobody really played the game down in VA (booooo!), all everyone played was MvC2 and 3rd Strike:arazz:
Oh yeah H-F Blade, I’m suppose to be coming with JO50 to AM3 jus to let you know; I’m in on some AH casuals as well (even though I’ma get demolished in it lol). Still can’t get that IAD down…

Well chris was going to be my ride but he’s not going so I won’t be at AM3 unless someone else can swing by Cerritos.
@Rob - I suggest coming down on the 19th because I think that’s when people are going to be there for AH casuals.
@Gasaraki - I spoke to Aka no Tsuki and I believe he said he would be coming down on the 19th and that you would be one of his 2 carpools. I guess he never told you. But I think you just need to confirm it with him.
No he was talking about chris, who as I said will not be able to give us a ride. So me and Aka probably aren’t going.
And actually if AH is on the 19th then it doesn’t matter anyway since I work Saturdays.
Well if everyone can attend on the 20th, maybe that would be better then? Since it’s for casuals, it can be moved.

Ya got me man I don’t have anyone to play with on the game either; I played at FFA in Granada Hills last weekend cuz someone brought in their ps2 and hooked it up to one of the screens so I was able to play against someone there, but thats the first and last time I had anyone to play against. I stay in the valley by the way what about you?
H-F Blade: Not gonna be able to make it to AM3 dawg; the guy I was going with decided not to go because of the SBO/EVO quals at FFA and he was my only ride, so I’ma just check out the quals instead. Sorry man maybe next time:shake:
Damn. AM3 was the one chance that the entire SoCal AH “scene” could actually be in the same place. 
And yeah, JO50 was your ride but since he’s going to FFA instead, there’s not much you can do since it’s less than a day away.
Yeah man sorry about that…but got some good news (well sorta good news; its not concrete yet), but FFA might be getting AH2 son! Yeah boi! I was told that if they get it, that it will be on the korean head2head cabinets so you can plug in the ps2 controller too (oh hells yeah cuz I’m a controller head at heart anyway lol:wgrin:)
So whoever is close to FFA thats a heads up for ya!
