…Really? This is one of the better shows on TV. Give it a chance, it’s not actually all about making fun of the south, and there’s more structure and room for laughs here than a modern episode of Family Guy.
King of the Hill is The Simpsons for people who are tired of Homer Simpson, Peter Griffin, Stan Smith, etc, being too retarded to tie their shoes. If you’ve lived in the midwest or the south for any amount of time, this shit gets surreal. Swear to god.
People expect “HURRDURR 10 MINUTE CHICKEN FIGHT.” Fuck that shit, it wasn’t funny when I was 15 and it’s not funny now. King of the Hill is pretty great as it is, live action would ruin it.
Now onto the main topic: Tim and Eric is occasionally a chuckle moment surrounded by 14+ minutes of unwatchable shit.

Show sucks. ‘British Humor is so smart and complex!’… No, Monty Python is mostly slapstick, and this is mostly ass, fart, and gay jokes thrown together with british accents and music pieces (which suck) as well as whatever the most fucking random bullshit they can find and throw at you.
Yeah, pretty much. Same kinda thing with Xavier though, I just kind of watched it for the mindfucks and stupid shit. Xavier is probably the highest of their shit tier shows. He’s SF4 Guile, not SF4 Vega.

In adult swim’s defense, there really hasn’t been much to be impressed about in the anime industry.
Still doesn’t account for all the other horrible crap they’ve been airing. I stopped (regularly) tuning into AS sometime in 2005. After s-CRY-ed had it’s run, not much else was worth watching. I just turned to torrents to get all my other anime.
I’m pretty sure i would find more enjoyment in injecting pure unfiltered cancer into my nutsack than watching tim and eric. If i saw those two in the street, i’d run them over, back up, and do burn outs on each of their faces individually. They are so fucking retarded it’s batshit insane. I’d rather be forced to curbstomp baby kittens than watch these two fuckmuppets on my TV ever again.
These two constantly getting reupped for a season is just one of the great signs that cartoon network (and by proxy adult swim) have been shitting the bed for the past 4 years.
Bring back the real deal you fuckheads. I want half comedy/half anime every night, and no more live action hot garbage horseshit. Holy fuck.
It doesn’t even have to be music videos anymore- it could be something related to fucking music, musicians, dance, whatever. Instead we get The Hills and Paris Hilton’s New BFF.
MTV has always had non-music programming (various animated shows, for example), but it’s gone from 10% to 50% to 90%.

you gotta understand… the crappiness is a huge part of the appeal. the funny stems from the fact that it’s dumb as hell and knowing that most people swell up with hate watching it.
I think Squidbillies and Tim and Eric are pretty funny. I rarely watch TV though. I can’t see myself ever watching some show about dancing, it just seems kinda gay to me. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I can’t hate at all on Dr Steve Brule.

Squidbillies, hell yes. Tim and Eric are boring, and quite frankly, kinda gay. (not that there’s anything wrong with that, just not my cuppa)
Even a year later, I hate that show. The stuff these dudes make is only good in small doses. Those Old Spice commercials they did were funny, but what does it say about you when some Old Spice commercials you made are funnier than your show?
These guys are major **** that spend all that CN money on vast amounts of Coke. But for reals that needs to be real commercial just so I can see peoples reaction.
