I’m sure that MvC3 will be great and I’ll play the hell out of it but I don’t think I will stop playing TvC because of it, TvC is just too fun. The online is pretty lame thanks to system limitations and rage quitters but the game is so damn good that I don’t care. I’ll probably still pick it up for an arcade run here and there even if the tournament scene doesn’t heat up in my area. A good showing at EVO is definitely crucial, I just hope the Tatsunoko characters get used again even if UAS dies off. Maybe they could pull some strings and add some Tatsunoko people in with MvC3? How about a triple cross-over for a change or something ridiculous like Marvel vs Tatsunoko vs Capcom vs SNK? Seth Killian said TvC did better than they expected so that’s a pretty good sign, TvC UAS2 on the HD consoles would be great. I’ll live either way, TvC is second only to Guilty Gear for me.
TVC is a solid game with a decent scene. Evo will be a large factor in it’s future.
