Funny, how old are you anyway? Pelvics explanation does not make using keyboards cheating, you may as well ban modded sticks and left handed sticks for that matter. And if people are doing motions by pushing the stick to its furthest edge you dont need to do that! If you watch Deigo (spelling??) play he does everything in very short movements like a twitch, its far quicker but would also depend on the quality of your stick.
Yep, same thing with pad. I can put my thumb in the middle of the d-pad and mash out a 720 just fine, otherwise I’d burn off my skin. Stick’s superior though, but that’s a different discussion.
I don’t mind using keyboard, pad, or stick. It’s good to learn all three, especially if you don’t have your stick or controller handy. D:
i would probably mess up more on a keyboard then on a stick. This is cuz there are so many keys and I will forget where jab/strong/fierce, short/forward/roundhouse were.
Im a PC Gamer and would always say Mouse+Keyboard >all but in a fighting game to use a keyboard is retarded…
I like using a keyboard. The only difficulty I have is that sometimes it doesn’t want to recognise multiple keys at once which makes training mode testing a bit annoying. Also pressing “A” with my pinkie to do a jab. But that’s more to do with my layout.
