About 4 years ago a guy I used to work with got in a fight with some dude because he insulted his mother while they were out drinking. My former co-worker ended up being beaten to death in the brawl. Fist fights are no joke. If your fight was as one-sided as you said I can see where the felony assault charges would come from. DUI charges aside, do you think the events would have played out the same if you were sober? Hopefully the answer is no. If you beat these chargers you need to cut ties with all of your friends of low class. If they want to act a fool that’s fine, but if stay around them more things like this are bound to happen no matter how cool they may be. Best of luck to you.

Yeah going through that experience is really good for putting things in perspective. I’ve been in some rough places too and the one thing that I really appreciate out of my experience is that anywhere I am, it’s not so bad.

You were driving the car and you could have easily just drove away. I know it is hard to say when you are not in the heat of the moment but a little self control goes along way. Hopefully when everything is all said and done you will learn something from this.

Well im sittin round playing chess against some mexicans, when the intercom goes off.
They tell me to grab all my shit and head to the door, I just posted bail.
So I grab all my shit and head to the door.
When I get there, my cellmate is like, "WTF you doin?"
And im like, "I dunno who, but somebody just posted my bail, im gettin the fuck outta here!"
He takes a second then says "Drop your shit!"
my shit consists of a matress, a towel, a blanket, and a sheet… all of which are prison gear.
So im like… “Kay…” and drop it.
He looks at what I got and goes… "Gimme yo blanket!"
So I toss him the blanket.
Then I moonwalked out the door.
