cause I figure if you’re in prison, your life is pretty much ruined anyway, so you might as well fight back. if he knocks you unconscious and rapes you, well at least you were unconscious. sooner or later your inmate has to sleep, and you can attack him back then. even if he beats you up again, sooner or later he’s going to get tired of being assaulted in his sleep, and stop the ass raping. perhaps try some eye gouging. worst case scenario, he beats you to death in anger, but hey at least you’re not getting raped anymore. best case, they put you in solitary for your assaults.
From what I’ve seen on lock up shows, cell mates don’t usually don’t rape each other cuz your cell is supposed to be the only safe place for the both of you. But there was one guy who said he killed his cell mate after he found out he was a rapist. I guess gang affiliation is the best deterrent . And even then you might have to give up your ass for sex or smuggling to get in. :wow:
The bigger question for me is…how easy is to leave the country and start a new life? If you had a professional career, it will probably be gone after you’re locked up, so why not just become a janitor in Canada or something. Once they say you’re guilty, do they take you straight to jail or is there a chance to escape?

I used to work at a prison being a part time CNA. It was quite the adventure. When I tell people what I seen or heard, they usually laugh and can’t believe me, but shit really goes down(or pushed in) behind those bars.
Well i used to take care of this retarded down syndrome guy, he was raped so many time in the institution he use shit as a defense mechanism everytime he gets scared…So what he does is shat on himself & then start cover the feces all over himself, then he starts throwing at you…You can read about it in the Crazy story thread…

and if it makes you feel any better philith, i know two people that have been in jail and not got butt raped. Of course one of them did get beat up by his cell mate on a regualar basis, but at least he didn’t get raped.

I went to her arraignment today, and talked to her parents.
I thought they would hate my guts.
But they were actually really nice to me.
Turns out, her dad is an ex-cop.
He looked like he wanted to beat me senseless until I told him that his daughter really didnt do anything wrong, and that everything was my fault. My bad choices shouldnt reflect so poorly on her, shes an awesome person.
Then they got the good news, and now shes free.
Because her conspiracy and robbery charges got dropped, im pretty sure mine will be as well.

If my .07 gets me off for DUI (which it should) then im only looking at Assault and Battery charges.
