Do YOU feel that the accident was your fault? Do you feel like there’s anything you could have done?
Personally, I indirectly lost my job because of speeding (because of tickets they knew where the car was, which was not where it was meant to be, however EVERYONE did this, I just got caught) but it was bullshit because those cars were tested by three pro honda mechanics before i took them, and i would never drive my own car the same way I drove those.
But y’know, how well do you think you know your car, and just how heavy was it raining? Do you feel you did everything in your power? Be honest here. I mean I’m not the type to fucking slag you off anyway because it might have been an honest mistake here, with no intent behind it (although the only intent that could have been there would have been a suicide attempt), but yeah, would be interested to hear your opinion on all this, as a motorist.

Man you are lucky no one was seriously hurt, yourself included. 60 in a residential zone in the rain no less is pretty dangerous. Not sure exactly where you live cause I know some highways go up to 50 in residential areas. But chalk this up to experience and drive slower in the rain in the future. Hydroplaning is some scary shit.

I’ve gotten a ‘driving too fast for conditions ticket’ when I was going BELOW the speed limit, and somehow the three people in front of me crashed and I slammed on my breaks and slide into the back of the third car. Those tickets sound basically like ‘hey you didn’t do anything wrong but we still think it’s your fault, here’s a ticket’.

I wasnt going 60 in the rain and I wasnt speeding in a residential area. I was going around 55 in one of those highways that have peoples houses near them. And when the car lost control going down the hill it started to spin out making me go faster.
I was going the speed limit, because it had just started to drizzle. I know you reduce your speed in the rain.
