What AlanEdrick is trying to say, I think, is that if it was one of the other dolls (that look different from Cammy) AND played just as differently from Cammy as Decapre does, then she would be less lazy.
An extreme example is this. Imagine if the entire SF4 cast looked exactly like Ryu, but still played as they do now.
