However, it’s not like you’re asking for a character who’s completely different all together like Charlie, Q, Twelve, or Karin… You’re asking for a different doll, all of which look almost identical to Cammy with only slight differences. Id rather have a different doll that looks exactly, cause right now she just looks like evil cammy. At least the other dolls dont look exactly like Cammy. Even having that dark skin doll with purple hair I think is more original then evil cammy.

So gameplay doesn’t play a part in this equation at all? What if we got Decapre as just an alternate costume for Cammy? What would you have said then? What if we got a different doll, but she played exactly like Cammy? What then?

haha decapre is definitely a fanboy character. Dont get me wrong even Emo Ryu and Oni are. Its just that the Shoto fanbase is soo huge that the hate isn’t noticeable xD

Her Fierce buttons are different including neutral jump fierce which is more like Bison’s jf.fp which gives her a good nj button. Something Cammy lacks. cs.fp is Vega’s. Far st.hp is somewhere between Cammy’s and Vega’s. jf.hp is Vega’s too and can be used for fuzzy guarding. Her specials are all different too. All dolls would have mostly the same buttons as they’re trained in Shadaloo assassination style. They did go out of their way to give her more claw like attacks. Also she does have a mask on her head and presumably a burnt face underneath judging from the concept art.

I wonder if her Mask will drop like Vega , revealing her burned face and all O.o.

I wouldn’t have minded Violent Ken either. Think about it… We could’ve gotten NOTHING.

Nah. Very little chance of that happening. I assume it’s actually JUST the mask instead of a face although if she had an alt costume with a burned face I wouldn’t be surprised. Also as far as that goes changing her face to a mask was probably just as much work as it would have taken to make her any other doll once you factor in the Killer Bee costume. And giving her that claw on her fierces was probably more work. There’s a decent chance she actually took MORE work than any other doll who would have been a more straight forward copy.

I doubt guns would fly though so Fevrier is out. The monkey is what would make Santamu I think. The spear they might have glossed over cause of Rolento. Same with Xiayu and her staff and I think Jianyu was out just because those two are like Juni and Juli. Don’t want one without the other. Personally I don’t feel the sword is a good idea but one persons opinion isn’t a reason to not do it. I would have been cool with Decapre, Santamu or Noemblu.
