Decapre isn’t the tragedy you claim she is.
Yeah she is a Cammy clone, literally.
But she is a part of already existing Street Fighter Cannon as one of Bison’s Dolls.
Juli and Juni were already playable in SF at one point, Bison had 12 Dolls not including Cammy.
Hell Look at Alpha series using Guy, Cody, Sodom and Rolento all Characters from Final Fight.
Poison and Roxy weren’t even real characters in Final Fight, at there the games of random minions of Mad gear you beat over and over.
This is one of the major issues with entitled, demanding people. They complain, complain, and complain about not getting what they asked for, but they don’t even pay attention to it if they do get it.
We want more characters! … Ryu mirror matches all day.
We want more stages! … Stage Selection > Training Stage.
We want more game modes! … Endless/Ranked until the end of time.

To be honest, the only things I wanted for USF4 were buffs for Hakan and Bison. That´s it. From the beginning I never really cared about new stages, characters or modes, just about improvements for my 2 guys, so therefore I don´t really care about Decapre and how she is and also therefore I won´t shit on Capcom for including her in this game, because I got, what I wanted.
The original intent for USF4 was a rebalancement, right?

The model would be completely different to Guile’s. Also, Charlie’s one hell of a design and one hell of personality. He was also one of the main heroes from Alpha, so bringing him back would always be welcome, they could reintroduce him and give him more differences with Guile.
Shadow Charlie would have been way cooler than Decapre…
Because people are doing it for fun and public use. It’s not that it’s hard, it just costs money. They have to pay the people who design, code, and program the characters. If modders want to edit character models and movesets for their own use, they will. People who work for Capcom aren’t going to do it unless they’re seeing some kind of return on their invested time.
Also, as stated below, it’s a lot easier to manipulate an already complete character than it is to create one from the ground up. You have to think about things from perspectives other than “Wahhh, I want this but I can’t have it,” and take other factors into consideration.
why are PC mods for half-life 2 better than what valve puts out?
No offense to PC modding community but if it was as easy as you say it is to create Haggar, R.Mika, etc. From scratch with completed movesets, don’t you think it would have been done already?
If its not that hard to mod a character then why cant capcom do it. Im sure they could pay 1 person to mod a character already in the game and make them look like something else and not spend over 5000 dollars
You’re looking at it through the eyes of the consumer, not the producer. Things aren’t always as simple as you make them out to be. Where are you even getting these numbers from? Baseless assumptions don’t help the point you’re trying to prove.

I mean if you gave her dark skin and different hair style she wouldnt even look like cammy.
Out of all the Dolls why did they pick the one that has to look like Cammy? They could have chosen any, any of the other dolls

It’s not a matter of whether or not they could do it, it’s a matter of whether or not it’s a good idea from a business perspective. If a company can cut corners to save money, they’re going to do it. Would you be willing to pay extra for the game had they done what you think they should’ve? No? That’s what I thought.
I don’t know Decapre’s story, so I can’t tell you what she should’ve looked like. I like her, and that’s it.
