Smokin: Woman Sexually Assaults Boy 50 Times, 2 Years Dungeon

She looks like a female version of “Good Guy Greg” in that posted picture.

She’s the human form of all the evil that Greg cast aside when he became the good guy.

(…When did the title change to be this more awkward “beast” version?)

Well, lucky for you then, Missing Person, that sex change operations exist and, like naturally born vaginas, don’t wear off either. Just ask KayoPolice or Matriarch.

Yeah, that day when humanity finally manages to wipe itself out. Before that day though, I wouldn’t hold my breath about even half of the double standards that exist vanishing unless I was trying to commit suicide.

Come on. We’d need something not one-sided to actually bet on. She’s pretty obviously going to slap on the wrist, especially since the victim was a teenager rather than a prepubescent child like in this case.

Then again, Miss Nipple Areola is legitimately kind of ugly and non-white whereas the “ugly” woman in this case is more like an average, androgynous kunt–oh, ha, the four-letter c-word is censored now/still–who also happens to be white. So it’s possible Areola-Hernandez would be held accountable, but it would probably only be for shallow and bigoted reasons rather than the fact what she did was almost as repugnant as in this case.

Ugly?? I think she’s kind of pretty.

You know, I don’t see a crime of her getting laid with him. I mean, a little kid that actually had sex everyday when his schoolmates only dreamed about that.

Now, the real problem is that she stopped getting laid with him. I mean, imagine how is that, you’re so used to have sex and then they suddenly took that away from you. He’s for sure going mad. The kid’s going to look for sex in any other way possible, probably going to turn into a molester or something like that.

That is the true crime! Just let the little kid have sex!!

Yeah it’s not like male rape victims suffer psychological problems afterwards anyways

It would be interesting to see the fallout of these female teacher on male students rape cases and evaluate the psychological effects it had on the boys.

If it’s found it didn’t really have a impact on the boys lives outside the media scandal aspect it would be interesting to see why and compare it to cases of girls having sex with male teachers.

If he was bragging about it…eh.

So it’s fine to fuck an 8 year old as long as they brag about it a few years down the line when they still ain’t old enough for you to be fucking with?

Fuck out of here with that pedoshit man.

If the kid’s alright with it, then what’s the problem? The only problem’s when they take away their daily sex.

Assuming that you didn’t feel erotic impulses about women when you were a kid…

The only “bad” part about this is that the women was looking for pleasure somewhere she shouldn’t have gotten it. As for the kid, it seems he was completely comfortable about it. It doesn’t even seem that he was being emotionally manipulated or something.

Man i knew that Magegg was stupid, but this is just a new whole level of stupidity

The point is, the kid opinion’s the same as mine.

You just can’t fight that.

Wow, I can’t even make posts in jest without people getting butthurt.

Whether or not this will have a lasting negative consequence on the child remains to be seen. People respond to events very differently. But ultimately whether he expressed pride or shame over the events don’t really matter from a legal perspective. He is a child and incapable of giving consent. Thus the logic of ‘No harm no foul’ really doesn’t hold weight in a court setting.

At its core the punishment handed down to the woman does seem to be lighter than what would be expected in the case of a man doing this to a woman. And while yes, I think you can certainly argue that this is unfair, I also feel that it implies some underlying social truths.

Sex tends to be a much more shameful thing for women to engage in, so subjecting a little girl to that seems to have a different context than a little boy. Females are also seen as vulnerable and in need of protection, and judge and jury are often very eager to enact such protection through harsher punishments when women are victimized by men.

I personally find cases like this frustrating as well. But it’s not like females are necessarily asking to be treated like this. And while you could argue that on a legal level these social tendencies tend to benefit women with lighter sentences, I would also point out that there are numerous other situations where such social views are anything but advantageous.

These social trends need to be challenged and overcome if we are to have greater fairness in courts. Because after all, the courts are merely a part of the greater society. So think about that the next time you may find yourself or others having gender biased views. You might think it’s fun to mock a little boy liking MLP, but in a way you’re supporting the concept of gender bias and court decisions like this.

If you want fairness, treat the genders with fairness.

I’m not accepting any justifications to excuse the sentencing gaps or to pardon women who rape. Even if the boys enjoyed it and the sex was mutual it doesn’t give women a free pass to break the law, nor does it make them any less guilty and deserving of lighter sentencing. Any argument about"well girls are more vulnerable and shamed"or"it’s not like women are asking for this"is BS because for all the gendered issues that get attention and for the times feminist talk about"equality"…here we have a situation of clear bias and inequality yet the people whom supposedly fight for equality remain silent and don’t say a damn thing. When they do it’s usually apologetics trying to explain why female rapist aren’t as bad and why the dynamics are different.

There is a difference between justification and attempting to understand why something has a tendency to occur. I feel that if we want to stop events like this we need to address the reasons they occur. From my perspective, genders being treated differently in a court setting by judge and jury is a symptom of a larger societal problem.

I am curious though, if this isn’t a good approach to this problem what do you plan to do about it?

lol, we need to stop an analyze the perpetrators motives and question their sanity when they are white AND/OR female. Everyone else should be locked up immediately amirite guys? USA USA USA!!!

This is still bullshit Woman is the accused so we need to “understand”, but if it was a story about a guy raping a little girl ,same ages just reversed, you’d be out there with a pitchfork and torch with the rest of the mongols.

Not saying I don’t agree that there’s a lot more we can do to achieve social justice in cases of pedophilia than give harsh sentences and tell people be glad were not killing them. As it stands now sex offender registry violates human rights and sets nasty precedent, what if we decide the big social issue is theft and every thief needs to register or if your a criminal in general you cant stay x amount of feet within public property.

My whole point is though we have thousands of opportunities to understand pedophiles and the only attempt I see to reevaluate the status quo is when a woman is the offender.

Maybe we can just focus on arresting criminals and sentencing them based off the crime and not their genders…crazy idea but it might work.

i’s just gots a text from me mum, she sayd i was gon be punashed for fuckin that boy? thats a bit arsh, dont they know oim a girl?

ya honah, why are ya tryina put me away? i’s just avin a bit of a giggle wit the kid, no arm done! he even popped a chubby he did!

this legal system is so sexist!! women cant get a f-fair… a fair… BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH, giz a cig mate

We all know the law is a construction of the patriarchy thus sexist to apply to women.

Sounds like a good endgame. The problem is those choices fall into the hands of numerous people appointed to judge and jury.

You’re oversimplifying the solution. Believe me, I wish it was that simple and direct. But unfortunately real problems cannot often be solved with ideal solutions.
