As someone who complains about Mario Kart, Mood, I’d think you’d be fine with the idea of making sure there isn’t any funny business.
This glitch is the opposite of mario kart as it stands. It seems to be having a weird interaction with kirbys swallow move and it does not seem to be random. It also looks like it effects only Kirby or maybe just bayo and kirby too instead of the whole cast. It didnt look random as it wasnt a character falling through
Also pokemon stadium in melee had a far worse glitch and it was allowed. Mario circuit has other things going on with it besides the glitch

the stage is fine people have been trying to replicate that glitch with no success. idk about you but i wouldn’t want to risk my stock trying to take advantage of this rare glitch.
excluding it for being unexplored to avoid possible glitches isn’t a good reason.
until i see concrete evidence that shows the stage has issues i say it should be allowed or at the very least put up for a vote.
cg also pretty much stated in the irc that another reason he didn’t include it was because he felt like he was “being walked all over” in the current league.
if uct isn’t included then count me out. cg stop trying to force your ideas onto others and just give the people what they want.

The one with the Gentleman’s Ban that happened like a year ago where I let everything slide, causing matches to be delayed, clogging up the works, and letting people get away with shit they shouldn’t have.
The one where I tried to accommodate everyone and thus accommodated no one.
The point of the TO is to be the one putting his foot down and not let people just ignore the rules because they feel like it and cave to them when they want something.
I gave UCT a solid week and a half to be declared legal. That’s more than enough time for people to comb over every inch and be accepted.
Maybe there shouldnt be so many rules then? Or maybe we could discuss the rules more before going into the league? A general rule in tournaments is the gentlemans in which both parties agree to play something which wasnt normally included in the rules. You generally have to say no ifs, ands, or buts.
This was posted 11 days ago, allowing almost 20 days to hammer out details for the next league.
The only one who even asked about UCT was PA, and though I didn’t respond then, it would have been’we’ll see’ at best since the stage hasn’t(hadn’t) been explored.
That’s the reality: is it legal to “normal” rules right now? No? All argument lost.
What, uct hasnt been out for 11 days. We all assumed that it would be legal since we’ve seen no other reason for it not to be. It’s been out 6 days and now we finally learn it’s not legal. I even tried to bring up discussion in the stage thread to help the next league and future leagues but no one discussed anything about them. You went ahead and banned UCT without letting us really know you were going to, not even letting us discuss it.
