Muff_Daddy:
Yeah but this wouldn’t kick in until they hit age 18. All the good parenting should have taken place waaaaay before that. A big rusty-ass 18-year old trying to learn values during two years of service is some major retroactive discipline.
The other thing that gets me is the upper limit of the age requirement. 42 years old? Seriously? Imagine that you are 42 sitting in your own damn house when they come knocking on your door talking about doing two years of mandatory service. “Fool, I’m 42 years old, get the fuck off my porch.” door slams “Up in here talking about two years of service, bitch I’m full grown.”
Good parenting should’ve kicked in earlier but it’s like a stimulus package. Some people get it early and others wait around bitching cause they broke and that miracle money was supposed to be for some bullshit. Again you’d be surprised at some 18 yr. olds in the military. Go in a mess and end up better off. 2 years isn’t shit, but just being there and doing what you gotta do changes some people. Then again some bitches never change and just learn the hard way.
As for 42 yrs. old., they can kiss my ass. Let them come looking for me at that age. Be like you can fuck off boy, I don’t give a fuck. I did my time. Don’t even dare try to lock me up, go get one of those kids.

This is involuntary servitude. I don’t care cuz I’ll just go travel to another country if this were to ever happen.

That’s because the people in China didn’t have a fucking choice. No great accomplishment when you have people basically threatened by their government. That isn’t something to be as admired as you seem to think it is. Do you also find it admirable that Mao caused some 20-13 million deaths by starvation as a direct result of his “Great Leap Forward”, and his many other fuck-ups?
anyone wanna share in opening a business with me?
concubines’r’us?
…WWIII is coming. It should be obvious.
IIRC, Charlie Rangle has proposed one of these a year since the start of the War on Terror. He sponsoring it?
Edit:
Yup he is. Like I said…
Rangel has been long been opposed to the all-volunteer army and repeatedly called for the government to bring back the draft (military conscription).[35] In 2003, Rangel said that, “the poor, black and brown shouldn?t be the only Americans fighting and dying in Iraq”, and that “Fairness dictates that the sons and daughters of the white middle and upper classes share the burden of war”.[63] Speaking in 2006, Rangel stated, “There’s no question in my mind that this president and this administration would never have invaded Iraq, especially on the flimsy evidence that was presented to the Congress, if indeed we had a draft and members of Congress and the administration thought that their kids from their communities would be placed in harm’s way.”[64]
He has also argued that reinstating the draft is a way to make the military more representative of the American public at large. “A disproportionate number of the poor and members of minority groups make up the enlisted ranks of the military, while most privileged Americans are underrepresented or absent.”[65] In 2003, Rangel introduced HR 163; legislation that would draft both men and women between the ages of 18-26 starting as early as June 2005. It was defeated 402-3 the following year in the House of Representatives, with Rangel voting against his own bill.[66] In November 2006, he outlined his proposed bill to reinstate the draft. The bill, H.R. 393 (2007), if passed, would require a draft of all men and women in the United States between the ages of 18-42. Polls showed 70 percent of Americans opposed a reinstatement of the draft.[67] In an interview on Face the Nation, Rangel emphasized that people could fulfill their draft obligations through non-military services, such as port and airline security.[68] On November 26, 2006, appearing on the television show Fox News Sunday, Rangel stated: “If a young fellow has an option of having a decent career, or joining the Army to fight in Iraq, you can bet your life that he would not be in Iraq”.[69] (Rangel again re-introduced his draft bill in July 2010.[70])
if hot women become slaves or let them selfs become slaves im all for it. I dont care what race or color they are
I dont see how this is slavery. The USA still has the draft however. Hopefully it will never be used again unless for WWIII.
