While it has obviously taken a note from Marvel and GG,
it still seems (and not to mention looks) quite unique.

disappointed those hitsparks aren’t permanent. The blocksparks are awesome.
That was more than enough to finally bring me on board, this game looks like a lot of fun. It reminds me a great deal of Darkstalkers and Guilty Gear, and that’s probably a very good thing.
First day purchase. Definitely looks like a hit, although I wonder if it’ll move beyond the Poverty fighter status. And if it has regular patches and nice netplay, I’ll be loyal for life.
Where was GGPO mentioned? I must have missed that.
