Definitely, probably seeing a certain number of different adjectives.
The character Trophievements unlock after you play with the character for a while - if you’re using their abilities, they’ll unlock.
Virtually all of these are for any mode except training mode, BTW.

One of Peacock’s item drops is a kitchen sink. It unlocked when the sink fell 
As far as I know we didn’t get Cerebella’s achievement at the WGC and I landed a half dozen diamond drops in a game. I imagine this is something like ‘land every one of Cere’s grabs in a single game’.
Those unlocked because people had been using all the characters for a while at a public event - it takes way more than one match to unlock them.
