It’s the blade coming out the bottom of Cerebella’s shoes. You can see it on her j.HK and other moves.
I’d participate in the tourney, but I have shit connection and I doubt I’ll be any good at all.
Although I’ve had playable red connections in 3SOE with my shit connection and GGPO was apparently poorly integrated with that…so maybe!
Upon closer inspection, I think that blade is coming out of Cerebella’s shoe. Look toward the (non-pointy) end of it.

Marie looks amazingly intimidating in the back there, very M Bison.
Meh, not a huge fan of the cover. The front with Cerebella and Fillia looks good, and Marie/Peacock/Painwheel all fit in pretty well, but Double looks like she was just copy-pasted on.
But hey, at least I don’t dislike it as much as vanilla MvC3’s cover art. And besides, it’s a downloadable game, why am I even caring about the cover art?
