I think it’s loses TO the character, rather than loses as the character, but I’m not positive about it.
That is correct. I know from experience…
yea that what i meant. probs didnt word it right.
also somebody fight me!
<------- GT
okay just had something totally weird happen to me online.
i was fighting a solo peacock with my duo team, and he managed to land a level 3 on me, i looked at my health bar, and it was all well and good since i was at around 75-80 % health, with only a smidge of red health. i figured i would just raw tag immediately to get back all the health and hes basically wasted 3 bars.
anyway, the fucking thing killed me! the health bar depleted so damn fast it was unreal, and then the explosion at the end just took the piss with the amount it took off me. i figured this was really weird so i went to test it in training to see how much damage it actually does normally.
around about 50% is the answer. this is waaay off 75-80% and i know i wasnt imagining i had more health than i did.
i was pretty much so shocked i lost the match after that i couldnt believe what had happened. it was like it was totally unscaled or something like that. i cant recall seeing a combo counter for the super but maybe thats just my mind trying to rationalise it.
It couldn’t have been a scaling issue, since her level three (and all grab supers) are not scaled (unless stagger/crumple is involved). Peacock lvl 3, solo, should do 9100 (according to wiki), which means 55.4 percent of your life. The only thing I could see is if you looked up either after the hits started or maybe didn’t notice, and your Red Health was 75%, while your health health was lower.
i remember the final hit of it took away about 35-40% of my life, that was around how much i had left before the final explosion. i think that was the part that shocked me the most. im totally certain i didnt have much red life, it was only equivalent to chip damage really probs about 5%.
i find it really easy to tell most times when a level 3 is going to kill since thats almost the only time i ever use them myself, this was definately not one of those times.
Hm… that is weird. Too bad you couldn’t replicate it, it may have been a bug or something that made you have v3 health for some reason during the super.
^^ yea i was thinking im gonna try 1 v 3 and see how much damage that does as i reckon that will be close to 75% or so. i didnt even realise till today that her level 3 you input an extra motion after connecting with the throw. thats pretty crazy.
edit : so i tried out doing the super on a 1 v3 ratio and messed about adjusting the health percentages and peacocks level 3 does between 60-70% damage, thats honestly more what it looked like when it happened to me yesterday. i reckon i was at about 70% health.
also did peacock players know you can do the big george super, then go into level 3 afterwards and both the explosions will hit? probably i guess.
yeah and you can use argus afterwords. i just cant find a way to make it happen in match.
Stagger assist
Also that Cerebella HK assist stuff sounds neat.
Peacock lvl 3 is un-scaled, isn’t it?
…lol
^^
it is apparently but still shouldnt do the amount of damage it did to me the other day. should have only done 50ish % when it did around 75%
random freak occurrence i think.
I asked that because if it’s unscaled period, then it should remain unscaled if you combo into it using stagger.
>_>
i just checked using her day 1 bnb and her level 3 does scale.
(in the corner lp, lk, mp, mk, j.lp, j.lk, j.mp, air dash, j.lp, j.mp, mp, hp, assist, lenny, good fellas, argus.) and it did 6335 dmg. ( 2 vs 2)
a raw lenny into good fellas does 7750.
Sooo… how much does that change? Never seen it used on the Cupcake stream, but never looked for it either so maybe I just missed it. Does mashing Dash-BDash-Dash-BDash-etc look cool?
For some yes. Parasoul, Filia, and Cerebella have the best looking ones imo.
I dont know if this is the place for it, but how is that Japanese publisher deal working out? Game looks like it would get more support in Japan than in the US, imo.

Updated SkullGirls Net Heath chart.
Also updated the Damage Scaling Calculator.
Why is the net health different from the stat comparison? I’m confused.
