Hey man, I saw SF X TK freeze in a finals, Blaz put a character into infinite hit-stun, and I canā€™t tell you how many Super Turbo glitches Iā€™ve seen in semis and finals. Your chances of this shit happening in any other game are just as good, you just drew the short stick with Skullgirls ^_^.

I was at the tournament and it was being played on my rig, so I can give more info.

OK, so I donā€™t remember exactly what went down cause the tournament was really hype. However, I do think there was something to this. Parasoul was dancing around at about mid-screen (dashing back and forth) and Filia came in off a character death and while her momentum was retained in the right direction, her sprite attacked in the opposite direction. (I think iā€™m describing it correctly, correct me if Iā€™m wrong DM.) Now I donā€™t think you auto-correct till you hit the floor when coming in from death, so even if the opponent managed to cross-under him this should be the wrong direction for the sprite to face right? I donā€™t know what moves were used unfortunately.

That being said it happened really early on in the set and Diemme was in winners so he totally could have come back from it. It wasnā€™t tournament deciding, but it sure as hell put him on tilt and THAT coulda been tournament deciding.

[LEFT]Basically the 15 seconds from the timer stayed on the screen. Even after I finished playing, it stayed and the only way to fix that was to quit the game.[/LEFT]

Hey, I think I was mentioned in Mike Zā€™s post about the patch. Neat.

However, I still canā€™t use my SE after downloading the patch. Everything is exactly the same as before. Have to hit the guide button on every menu, which shoots me back to the main menu. Canā€™t join any online matches.

Now Iā€™m kinda boned. Civil War 4 is this weekend, and Skullgirls is the only game I was going to enter. Iā€™ve been able to play with my Hori VX, but the square gate murders me after playing octagonal for so long. The buttons are also way below par, with LP and LK getting worse every time I play. Itā€™s an acceptable stick for guests to use for casuals (all my friends are PS3 guys), but Iā€™d never take it to a tournament.

I respect how fast you guys got this patch out, and I appreciate the concern youā€™ve shown. Iā€™m frustrated that Iā€™m having these issues, but it doesnā€™t change my opinion of the game.

She would have been barely in reach of my j.hp with filia, and never once crossed under. I have no fucking idea how this happened, and Iā€™m still so done with fighting games. Marvel glitched me twice that day too.

I didnā€™t even believe this stuff happened on the way home, cause I was sick all day. Zucco affirms that my luck is crap.

Well, that certainly sucks! My next suggestion is, wire your unwired buttonsā€¦? I think only LB/RB should matterā€¦

Well, now I do! Took a look at the script, turns out if the opponent changes their facing dir specifically from left to right on the exact frame your character makes their decision about appearing, youā€™ll be facing the correct way but come out from the wrong sideā€¦which in practice is the same as facing the wrong way but coming out on the correct side, since you end up facing backward. Awesome. Really easy to fix, too. Glad you found it, since it helps me improve SG, but sorry it convinced you to give up fighting games. (-.-)

Itā€™s earning an achievement. Or, more specifically, meeting the conditions for earning an achievement again after you already have it. >.< It does only happen once per play session, though, so thatā€™s something. :^P We know, weā€™ll either fix it or give you the ability to change granting achievements during fights and save 'em till the end, or something.

The ā€˜15ā€™ sticking around, we got already. Easy fix, only annoying. Thanks.

Theyā€™re still wired. It doesnā€™t make any sense. Guts-wise, itā€™s still a WWE Brawlstick, Iā€™ve just swapped out all the parts. Yet Iā€™m the only person having issues. And itā€™s just with this game. Iā€™ve used it with AE, 3S, SFxT (no one on Craigslist would buy it lol), and a bunch of shmups. Iā€™ve also used it on my laptop, which didnā€™t show any problem with constant inputs or whatever when I set it up with JoyToKey.

Iā€™m now registered to play SG this weekend at Civil War. I donā€™t care if I have to play on a fucking DJ Hero controller, Iā€™m going to have a good time.

At first I saved the original data (that couldnā€™t load Valentine/Doubleā€™s story) onto my main HD (the120gb), then I transferred it to the cloud and deleted my main data, replayed the story-mode and left (still on main hd loading/saving) then, about four hours later I went back and it said the data on my main HD was corrupted. I was able to emulate the issue on my old 20gig HD afterwards. I really like this game and I have not youtubeā€™d Val/Doubleā€™s story yet, Iā€™d really like to know what happens ;__;, and Iā€™m a completionist. Iā€™m glad you guys are still watching this thread, though. I wish I could move my SG on 360 to ps3 so I could at least play without worrying about my stuff being deleted hours later :(.

I can now sleep at night. Knowing 15 will never attack me again makes me a happy camper. Now if only I could do something about people leaving mid match.

Team and assists you used: I was using Painwheel with Parasoul napalm assist, and my brother was using Peacock with Painwheel medium Gae Bolga Stinger assist, though it worked on other assists too (This isnā€™t that kind of glitch I suppose, one thatā€™s universal)
Stage: Medici tower, training stage, again, nothing specific
Type of glitch: uhhh, gameplay? control glitch sounds good

Yo this is what happens when I get my hands on a new fighter I really like: I contribute.

I donā€™t know if this is a glitch or not, but just thought Iā€™d post anyways. As you can see, I successfully snap out a point character while comboing the assist afterwards. The IPS sparks trigger, but the opponent cannot burst out. You can see my brother controlling the Peacock team on the left, holding up the controller to show him mashing during the sparks but nothing is happening. Shoutouts to my bro helping me there, lol.

Yo mike, I just made the game crash by doing jumping knife super with valentine dhc into doubles heads super while my opponent was using Cerebellaā€™s grab super at the same time.

Your experience is really similar to mine. My guess is itā€™s a problem with the analog triggers.
MikeZ proposed something that I havenā€™t been able to test yet as Iā€™m not at home at the moment: (with a pad) ā€œtry binding LT/RT to blank macros (bind all other buttons, go to macro line, press trigger, press trigger again/move cursor to leave macro blank)ā€.
Then replug your stick and relaunch the game. Though Iā€™m afraid it will still bug in the menus

I donā€™t think this matters on the console, but I have a 360, using a pad. Not an actual glitch, more-so the game being picky.

I want the Cerebella ā€œdp.LP+LK(Ground-AirGrab)ā€ Custom assist. I only got it once in 5 minutes or so. It keeps asking if I want Diamond Drop since it doesnā€™t like how I input my DP motion. ALTHOUGH, in game it knows instantly what I want when inputted correctly.

Time is up, but apparently (at least in this case) the opponent still gets damage loss and dies! I was already up in life and won but what would happen if it was the reverse?

This happened on 360 btw, not sure if that matters.

Also I think sometime earlier in that match an achievement popped up and it stopped the match completely for a brief second, throwing us off while he was getting the ā€œkitchen sinkā€ achievement.

Timeout win is decided at moment of timeout, it just lets you keep hitting for those ā€œiā€™m sure that wouldve killed himā€ moments, so you can see if it really would have.

Not very significant but it is much more difficult to get Cerebellaā€™s DP+Throw on the Custom Assist menu than any of the other moves in the game. I can get Cerecopter 99/100 but as soon as I try to get the AA throw, it always just comes out as Diamond Drop even though my inputs are the same as Cerecopter.

I figured why. You have to stop directly on down-forward for it to count. Kinda annoying since this pad doesnā€™t have notches for diagonals(just a full circle), but that was why it never picked up the DP on custom assist select.
